Membership Any student at West Chester University is eligible to audition for membership in the RamBand! Music Education Majors who perform on a wind or percussion instrument are required to participate in the Marching Band for two seasons.

Color Guard (Swope Music Building, 9am - 5pm) June 6th, June 27th, July 11th
Winds & Percussion (Swope Music Building, 9am - 4pm) June 27th, July 11th
The 2021 Cast List will be announced by July 18th. New Members should plan to attend an Orientation Mini-Camp on August 1st (SMB, 9am - 4pm)
Course Information: Following a successful audition, students should register for the appropriate course through myWCU (1.0 cr.):
Wind and Percussion: • Marching Band > AEB311-01 (MWF 3:15-5:15)
Color Guard: • Color Guard > AEB112-01 (MWF 3:15-5:15)
2021 Schedule Training Camp will be held from August 20th - 28th Move-In Dates are staggered as follows: •Percussion and Student Leadership > Friday, August 20th •Color Guard > Saturday, August 21st•Winds > Sunday, August 22nd
Training Camp Rehearsals run from 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM. A detailed Training Camp schedule will be distributed in July.
Weekly Rehearsals: Once the semester starts, members rehearse on MWF from 3:15-5:15.
Performances: RamBand maintains an active performance schedule! Attendance is required at all Rehearsals and Performances. A detailed schedule will be made available prior to the season.
Additional Notes Financial Obligations include a mandatory fundraiser ($200) for all members and a uniform fee for Color Guard members ($200).
