Entegra has contracted with over thirty (30) of the linen rental industry’s fi nest companies nationwide. You benefi t from our negotiated pricing on various textile products, such as aprons, napkins, tablecloths and more. In most cases, terms under entegra linen contracts are void of fees.

Uniforms (for both rental and purchase) and safety shoes are readily available in our entegra Program. Our products are functional for employees yet stylish for creating lasting impressions.

Am I regulated to utilize certain entegra vendors and contracted items? Clients have the fl exibility to utilize as many or as little of our vendor products/services as they so choose. We encourage clubs to fully utilize our entegra Program to maximize all potential opportunities for savings and support.

How do I recognize my savings? Savings are realized off-invoice, therefore clients will receive savings immediately upon purchasing with our contracted partners.

What type of support is available to our staff? We offer extensive customer support. We provide in-person orientations, as well as support from fi eld managers and our national client services department. Our procurement team conducts market baskets and supplies opportunity reports in effort to attain optimal savings for our clients. When our club is attached to the Program, do we purchase items through entegra? No, you purchase all items directly from the distribution partners that are part of entegra’s contracted portfolio.

How do vendors I currently purchase from know that I am entitled to receive entegra’s contracted pricing?Once you sign on to the program, we work with your prime distribution house to turn you on to the entegra Program to ensure you receive our contracted pricing. For Direct Store Delivery Programs, we work with you to complete and submit a Vendor Checklist and contact your current vendors on your behalf and align your club to the entegra program. Therefore, the next time you purchase from those vendors, you are automatically benefi ting from the entegra contracted pricing.

Does the value of the entegra Program vary based on how much I purchase? No, there are no minimums associated with the entegra Program.
