This demonstration will discuss the benefits of Lean Six Sigma in the Engineering Industry. At a very high level will discuss the methodology and theory of Lean Six Sigma. Discuss the goals and objectives continuous business process improvement utilizing Lean Six Sigma Automated Tools. Also, the iterative process to remove outliers in business processes to standardize business operations within acceptable means or medium (i.e. Control Charts). Also, demonstrate a leading edge; dynamic, robust and fully integrated Lean Six Sigma Workbench Tool which would be a value-add to the continuous business process improvement in Engineering.
