This first opening in Spain is a result of the agreement signed last july (2016) between the london-based brand and Grupo Vips who will launch the brand in Spain and compliment their existing brand portfolio with the introduction of the leading of pan-asian restaurant concept.

Grupo Vips will exclusively operate the brand both in Spain and Portugal and plans to open 4 restaurants this year. The second wagamama will open its doors in calle Génova, nº 27 in june, followed by two more openings planned in the second half of the year.
