Contract Homework Do research in your text, on the internet or in the library to describe the

attributes listed below for each of the 7 types of construction contracts (  letter contracts, cost plus contracts, unit price contracts, indefinite quantity contracts, design-build contracts, design contracts and fixed price contracts ).

Turn in this assignment on September 5th. We'll go over the answers in class. Advantages Disadvantages Risks taken by the owner Risks taken by the contractor When should this contract be used
