    These structures are used todescribe situations that are possibleor imaginary in the past, present or

    future.

    There are four conditionals:

    Zero Conditional

    First Conditional

    Second Conditional

    Third Conditional

    The Zero ConditionThe Zero ConditionThe zero conditional is a structure used for talking about the realworld, and often refers to general or scientific truths (things thatalways happen under certain conditions). Also, it is used to giveinstructions.

    Condition Result

    If Clause (When, Unless) Present Simple Clause

    If you touch fire, you burn your hands.

    If you fail a solemne, you get another chance with therecuperativa.

    If you get bitten by a vampire, you become one of them.

    If there is no oxygen, wood doesnt burn.

    If you mess with me, you mess with thewhole avenue.

    If - Clause Future Clause

    If you break a mirror, you will have bad luck.

    If you annoy a gipsy woman(gitana),

    she will curse your lifeforever.

    If you forget our anniversary, I will start a scene in public.

    If you bring the cigarrettes, Ill bring the drinks.

    Condition Result

    The 'if' clause can be used with different present forms:

    simple, continuous and perfect.

    The future clause can contain:

    'going to, future perfect and modal verbs ('will, must can, etc.)
