Key Instructions

Strict vigilance will be ensured for checking the cards/ coupons at the entry gates. So,

every person should carry his/her card/coupon.

Only one person will be allowed on one card/coupon.

Registration of Accompanying person/spouse of Non-PAD Doctors is not allowed in this

conference.

Children are not allowed in this conference.

Only the Registered Delegates wearing their registration tags will be allowed to enter the

Exhibition/Scientific Halls.

The Pharmaceuticals companies staff will not be allowed to enter the Scientific Halls.

The Pharmaceuticals companies will ensure that their representatives at the stalls should

be well-dressed, well mannered and well versed with English language.

The Pharmaceutical companies will not arrange tours during the scientific sessions.

Accommodation at the Venue will only be provided to PAD Members in order of seniority.

Pharmaceutical sponsors will give a list of their guests along with their PAD numbers to

the Organizing Secretary, well before time.

Companies sponsoring delegates from inside the country or abroad, will provide transport

to their guests from Hotels to the venue of conference or outside Dinners.
