HOW TO REACH THE VENUE

1. Arriving at Kualanamu Airport

a. Train from Kualanamu-Medan Railway Station

AIRPORT TRAIN TIME SCHEDULE

Ticket price is about Rp.100,000.00 one way. It takes about 45 minutes, depending on the

number of train as shown in Tabel. Tickets are availableonline www.railink.co.id

b. 7 minutes Walking from Medan Railway Station to Grand Aston Hotel

Medan railway station is located in the east of Lapangan Merdeka, while Grand Aston Hotel

in the west side of Lapangan Merdeka. Alternatively, one can use the pedicabs or taxi.

2. Arriving in Medan by Car

- Find direction to Lapangan Merdeka (Merdeka Walk) as shown in the map.

- Grand Aston is on Jl. Raden Saleh, just about the corner of Jl.Raden Saleh and Jl.

Balaikota.

- Alternatively, one can take bus “DAMRI” from kualanamu airport to Medan, but there is

no direct route to the venue. Taxi and online transporation (Grab Car) are available in

Medan.
