Rental fees may decrease depending on the night of the week and time of the year. Onsite ceremony may require additional room rental.

To ensure the highest quality of service for your event, the following guidelines are in place regarding operating policies and available services. Should you desire a customized menu, we will be happy to meet with you to create a signature menu to meet your specific needs.

Building on a legacy of hospitality excellence, we leverage our vast expertise to create an engaging event that exceeds the expectations of everyone we serve.

MenuWhen requesting multiple entrées to be served at the same function, a guarantee for each menu selection is due no later than 10:00 a.m. (P.S.T.), fourteen (14) business days prior to the event. No more than two entrées, plus a vegetarian selection, may be offered without approval by catering sales manager and executive chef. Additional fees will apply should approval be given. Menu indicators must be provided to identify your guest’s menu selection, including guests with dietary restrictions. When selecting a duo entrée, the same selection is required for all guests unless a vegetarian request is made.

Dietary RestrictionsAny special dietary needs must be communicated to the catering sales manager or conference services manager at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event.

Guarantee The client must notify the sales manager of the final guarantee no later than 10:00 a.m. (P.S.T.), seven (7) business days prior to the event. This number shall constitute a guarantee and is not subject to reduction. If the final guarantee is not received within the seven (7) day specification, the estimated attendance at the time of contracting will be used as the final billable guarantee. The client will be invoiced for the final guaranteed attendance or the actual number of meals served, whichever is greater.

Catering Guidlines

RentalsLoews Regency San Francisco is happy to assist with selecting custom décor to align with your wedding design.

StaffOur team of catering professionals are specially trained to assist you with planning your event, focusing on every aspect to ensure quality and consistency. Our culinary team has created a variety of healthy and delicious menus to fit a wide range of budgets and tastes, including featuring organic and/or sustainable selections. They also take great pride in using the best possible local and seasonal ingredients, regional favorites and specialty items that will make your event a complete success.

TastingsFood tastings can be scheduled after the wedding reception is made definite. Loews Regency San Francisco requires that tastings be conducted no sooner than 120 days and no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date with at least two (2) weeks’ notice. Tastings can be scheduled on specific days and will adjust according to business levels. Tasting menus will consist of two salads and two entrées.
