Project Detailed Description
Goal of the Connected Home RoadmapThe goal of the project is to provide members with a meaningful and informative research report that is currently not available in the market place. The Connected Home Roadmap will be used by member companies and industry professional to identify unique opportunities in the connected home environment. This will enable companies to make informed decisions in the marketplace.
Objectives - Two phase approach
1. The first is an exploratory of existing information in the form of articles, industry publications, trade statistics, financial reports, interviews with industry players and syndicated research which will be synthesized into a report on the current state of the connected home solutions market environment, trends and sales figures.
2. The second phase will be in the form of a consumer survey of North American homeowners with projectable samples of both the United States and Canada designed to determine consumer needs and key drivers of adoption for connected home solutions.
