Introduction

Construction Partners "This is an interim report on the achievements of the High Value

and Medium Value Construction Frameworks over the first three

years of the North West Construction Hub.

Medium Value Framework - £500k - £10m+

High Value Framework - £10m and over

From a ‘standing start’ in April 2010, these two NWCH

Frameworks have exceeded all expectations in what has been

achieved. This is testimony to all parties engaged in, and

committed to collaborative working based on Constructing

Excellence principles."

THE FUTUREBuilding on Our Successes

August 2013 will see the start of a two year re-procurement cycle of High, Medium and Low Value Frameworks.

The current frameworks end as follows:

High Value - April 2014

Medium Value - August 2014

Low Value - January 2015

As of 2012 NWCH also launched the Engineering and Professional Services Framework (EPS), which gives

public sector clients access to a wide range of construction and property related consultancy services.
