Connecting your TP-LINK plug to OhmConnect

Thanks for your purchase! Now it’s time to put your device to use and start saving energy.

1 First, set up your plugFollow the Quick Start Guide included in the box to set up your plug. Write down the email address and password that you use for the TP-LINK Kasa app. You will use them later to connect to OhmConnect.

2 Second, turn on remote controlEnsure that you have Remote Control turned ON for your device. Select the device from the Home page, click the device settings toggle icon, and ensure that Remote Control is turned on (green).

Visit the Connect page on OhmConnect (login.ohmconnect.com/connect). Click the “plus” icon to add a new device. Then select “Other Device,” “TP-LINK,” and enter the email address and password for your Kasa app.
