La famiglia di connettori ITH, conforme alla normativaNF F 61-030, è una rivisitazione dei connettori circo-lari VG95234 utilizzati nel settore ferroviario ed hal’obiettivo di rendere questi connettori maggiormenterispondenti alle esigenze applicative. Mantenendo le ca-ratteristiche dimensionali, l’innovazione di questa fami-glia è data dall’impiego di materiali termoplastici (con-formi a UL94-V0 e rispondenti alla “Esigenza 3” dellanormativa NF F 16-102 riguardante comportamentoal fuoco ed emissioni di fumi nocivi dei componenti ealla norma BS 6853) degli inserti isolanti che, unitamentea contatti con clip metallica di ritenzione, facilita l’ope-razione di montaggio e consente prestazioni migliori intermini di isolamento.

ITH series connectors are in conformity with normNF F 61-030 and are a restyling of the VG95234circular connectors used in the railway industry. Theaim of this ITH series is to increase the suitabilityof these connectors according to the applicationrequirements. The dimensional characteristics are thesame, the innovation of this series is the use ofthermoplastic material (in conformity with UL94-V0 and responding to “Requirement 3” of norm NFF 16-102 regarding fire and smoke behaviour ofthe components and with BS 6853 standard) for theinsulating inserts that, together with the contactswith the metallic retention clip, make easier theassembly operation and gives better results for theinsulation.
