expertise in their specific technical sectors. 20% of the total staff consists of graduates. The pool has available all the equipment and tools required to be able to operate in full safety, continuously supporting the operation of the site.Today Consorzio Stabile Pedron is experiencing a continuous expansion that has led to the creation of a new office of 7000 covered square meters, with an additional uncovered area of 26,000 square meters in Villa del Conte (PD).
Founded in 1994 as a specialist in the field of electrical installations, the company has subsequently
expanded its activities to the plumbing, sanitary, and conditioning system sectors, therefore covering the entire category of activities
requiring a 46/90 license. Starting from the design, and until the complete installation of the system, Da.Pe. Impianti
has tackled with increasing entrepreneurial spirit the competitive challenges of the last four decades, strategically
investing in management and technical production facilities, as well as in the research and development of tools and technologies for energy efficiency and renewable sources.
Da.Pe.Impianti, a constantly expanding organisation, known for the professionalism of its operators, and
the ability to offer customers innovative solutions, adapting flexibly to the needs of public or private partners, both in Italy and abroad. 2013 sees
in fact Da.Pe. Impianti land on Algerian soil as founding member of the new corporate structure Pedron Algerie Spa, purposely
created in order to enter the new North African and Meghreb market.
DA.PE. IMPIANTI S.R.L.Ital - Ge.Cos. s.r.l. mainly deals with all the complementary finishing activities of the building sector. A young soul, but capable and in a position to operate at 360 ° within the building sector; particular attention to detail, but also architecturally significant complements. New internal and external liveries devised through the study of coatings, with the capability of mixing different materials to suit the most varied needs.The experience gained during the completion of high quality and prestigious assignments is what allows this emerging reality to analyse and develop any projects in accordance with the applicable national and European standards, without losing sight of energy saving requirements.The company is entering new foreign markets, particularly West Africa and Caucasian Asia, looking to capitalize on its know-how and experience.
ITAL-GE.COS S.R.L.The natural heir of S.i.e.c.i. snc, founded in the 70s, with a consolidated experience and specialization in electrical and technological systems. During the years, it has steadily expanded its boundaries.In 1981 it was registered in the Register of National Builders, and subsequently obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification. Sites that improve the territory
The interests of Consorzio Stabile Pedron in the housing sector cover a wide spectrum: residential, commercial, industrial and directional, as well as conservative, restoration. The building site as the place for creating, but also for change and design.The site elevated to a city redevelopment
centre, often changing the cultural, social, and economic life of a territory, and of its inhabitants. As far as the housing sector is concerned, Consorzio Pedron enjoys a position of notice across the whole national territory, with important initiatives destined to have a central and strategic role within the surrounding city framework. Examples of social housing for public bodies like ATER Belluno, ARTE Genoa, ASUR Pesaro, ALER Milano, and so on, but also military and cemetery building and system installation, such as the expansion of the cemetery of the Saint Michael island in Venice.
Also active in the building restoration field, the group pays extreme attention not only to its past history and architectures, but also to the future, and to its role within the city and social framework. One example of this is the new Theatre hall in the heart of Marostica.

Building for the hospital sector:innovation and technology.
The projects carried out in the field of public health have been particularly important in recent years, thanks to the completion of high quality and technologically state of the art works, such as the refurbishment and creation of new specialized departments at national hospitals: intensive care units, emergency rooms, 118 switchboards, operating theatres, neurology departments and stroke centres, gynaecology, haemodialysis, cardiology, standard hospitalisation wards, and many others.
Departments normally completely fitted with the required electro-medical equipment, furniture, air conditioning systems, data transmission networks, fire fighting systems, and medical gases. Interventions in complex hospital establishments, like the San Martino Hospital of Genoa, the Ancient San Giovanni Battista (Molinette) of Turin, the Civil Hospital of Bolzano, the Polyclinic of Modena, ASL Imperia, United Hospitals of Trieste, Treviso
and Oderzo etc... These works were carried out whilst ensuring the functionality of the hospital services, coordinating the activities with operational staff. The health sector remains today the main sector, to which Consorzio Stabile Pedron has contributed with projects of the highest quality.

the same passion and dedication that has always distinguished the group, but with more commitment, because directed to venting and satisfying the passions of adults and children alike, who together can spread and divulge the healthy principles of sport, the main objective of which is enjoyment and socialisation.

School building sector:40 years of experience and know-how.
Consorzio Pedron operates both at design and operational level in the public and private school building sector. Within the school building sector, the know-how
acquired means that we can offer to the customer operating competencies and capabilities in terms of analysis, assessment, design, and completion of school related building works, with particular reference to technical-architectural, as well as compositional aspects. These skills make the group particularly competitive in the execution of turn-key projects, so much so that many public and private establishments now enjoy comfortable spaces and new structures that promote the cultural growth of the new generations. Among the most significant customers, the Polytechnic of Milan, the Municipalities of Bolzano,
Varese, Turin, the Province of Verona, and many more. Structures meeting seismic, fire, and energy (thermal and acoustic) regulations, today in appropriate conditions for welcoming our sons and daughters, and allow them to study in full safety.
