Label and Document Holders

Our Label and Document Holders provide a quick and convenient way of labeling small containers, boxes and plastic boxes.

The angled Label Holder is designed to be mounted on plastic boxes, while the Document Holder was designed to material cards, product information and label pockets on wooden pallets and plastic boxes. ORGATEX offers a magnetic Label Holder for ferrous surfaces.

Covers for integrated Label Pockets

Various custom-made Label Holders and Label Pock-ets, for KLT-containers and euroboxes. All our Label Pockets can be scanned and are made of extremely durable high-quality PVC.

Container Labeling

The clear labeling of containers contributes to an effi cient Lean Management. ORGATE container la-beling systems are designed for the special require-ments in logistics and production. We offer solutions for documents, KANBAN cards, material cards, drawings or product information.

We provide a wide range of mounting and labeling options such as Visual Pockets, Labels and Docu-ment Holders or Covers with card pockets designed for different surfaces (Eurobox, plastic box, skel-eton box, KLT, GLT etc.). Labeling options include temporary/fl exible labels and permanent labels. If the container provides an insertion option, e.g. KLT container, those should be used. If not, we do offer self-adhesive and magnetic products (e.g. for metal, wood, plastics or glass).

Visual Pockets

ORGATEX Visual Pockets can be used to label any kind of container. They are made of ex-tremely durable plastic with a reinforced top and a transparent front. Inserted documents can be read or scanned without removing them. The 3 hole punching and the slot punching on the top of the pocket provide various mounting op-

When strong vibrations are produced during transport, the extra strong neodymium (NIB) magnets deliver the optimal solution. This super-magnet is designed for ferrous surfaces (wire-mesh baskets, skeleton boxes) or curved and or/uneven surfaces (e.g. barrels). Even with "rough" handling (vibrations, transport, etc.) it ensures a secure hold.

People tend to orient visually at work and assimi-late information in 80% of all cases with their eyes.

Therefore, exact numbering is considered a key component for successful storage identifi cation. A well-chosen number key consists of the storage position coordinates and, thus, provides an explicit allocation. Labeling according to shelf rows or aisles, lateral and vertical position, facilitates exact determination of the storage position and allows for the expansion of every aisle and every shelf.

ORGATEX® LongLife Floor Markings consist of fl ex-resistant, high-quality plastic and can be easily applied from a spool dispenser. The markings, being forklift resistant, have a high abrasion-resistance and excellent adhesive force.

Longlife Heavy uty H

ORGATEX® LongLife Heavy Duty Floor Markings, also called LongLife HD, is designed for heavy duty areas. We offer a wide range cutouts. The hard-wearing material is not suitable for application on large surface areas. Therefore we do not offer it as tape rolls.
