Heyplus Energy International Limited is an indigenous oil servicecompany integrating the activities of affiliated companies MField E &P, DWC Supplies, Integrated Applications Engineering (IAE), OffshoreLogistics, Vessel Support Services and Global Procurement.

Our head office is located at 76, Ikorodu Road, Fadeyi Bus – Stop,Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Our strength lies in the caliber of qualified and technically competent

professionals that constitute the management and operational staff

of the company.

Heyplus Energy has enough human (administrative, technical,

skilled and unskilled personnel) and is ever ready, has a proactive

approach and potential to hire additional hands when the need arises

depending on the nature and size of contract at hand.

Our manpower sourcing covers the hiring of both expatriate and

local manpower. Although, placed high priority in the development

of local content manpower and thus always look towards local

resources. However, where High-Level Technology Impact (HLTI)

personnel are required and such individual is not available locally,

Heyplus Energy has capacity to proactively within reasonable time to

hire and make available such individual to perform the required

services.

In the area of material/equipment resources, the company has

entered into MOU with other companies such as Hazcon Engineering

Limited, Homik Engineering Limited, PIVOT-GIS Limited and Agoll

Equipment rentals etc. These are indigenous companies with

reputable foreign technical partner as a backup in the area of

equipment leasing, manpower and project management.

Kinsley Alonge, Chief Executive Officer, Heyplus Energy Int’l Limited. Kinsley

is a Lawyer, , LLB (Hons) Civil Law, Nottingham Trent, England; with passion

and energy for best value delivery in several big-value initiatives in varied

industries and sectors. Having worked with leading industry experts, top-

management and executives to identify key business security issues and

develop profound solutions, he has over the years garnered critical skills that

has created business value and is still transforming several clients.

Kinsley, has worked in various establishments both locally and internationally.

He started his career working with the Embassy of Nigeria in Brazzaville,

Congo; After which he moved to a Managing role in France with DGS

Multiservices, His roles and contributions earned him a move to manage

DGPS.

In 2012, Kinsley sacrificed 2 years to the study and training on Security and

Risk management, after which BESTA Protection was conceived. He remains

actively involved, as the company grows into an Holding company(in

Luxemborg) with several subsidiaries across the globe, among which is Heyplus

Energy Int’l Limited.

Kinsley has championed several projects among which the prominent are;

• Construction of a Multi-billion naira underground metro transport service

(Line 14), Paris Orly airport.

• Provision of security to the biggest hospital in Europe, Pitié-Salpêtrière

Hospital, in Paris.

• Professional security and logistic services to several outfits in the hospitality

sector,

• Security services to global firms like Vinci Construction, Bouygues group,

Eiffage, Fayat/Razel Bec et al.

Bankole Falegan (BSc. Political Science) General Manager, Besta Security and

Marine Services. He is an expert in the oil sector. He has developed and

maintain research and development programmes to ensure that the businesses

remain at the forefront in the industry. Having gained over twenty (20) years of

relevant work experience across industries, among which include Oil and Gas,

Marine Securities et al.

Bankole has managed and participated in several projects both as a team lead

and a team member; He is passionate about field activities, business surveys,

idea generation, and ultimately helping clients improve on their business,

service delivery and social management systems while achieving their business

goals.

Heyplus Energy Int’l Limited has an established quality managementsystem (QMS), which is structured in accordance with ISO 9001. As partof the requirements, quality documentations (QA manual, proceduresand work instructions) have been developed. The “QA Manual” containsthe quality assurance requirements of ISO 9001 while the “QAProcedures” have been developed to support the implementation of thequality system relevant to Heyplus operations.

Quality Control Plan (QCP) shall be developed for client approval duringproject preparation time. The QCP shall contain Inspections Test plan(ITP) and the required level of inspection interventions both by theclient and contractor specific to each work activity to covers all aspects ofthe scope of work of the contract.The QCP will be used to effectively carryout quality surveillance duringthe execution of the project.

The procedures define the inspection procedures, quality requirementsand acceptance criteria to be maintained on the project, Heyplusstandard operating procedures and work instruction are open to clientfor review and approval. These procedures shall be strictly adhered tothroughout the work execution duration. A register of these documentsshall be maintained, which will detail the functions, limiting parameters,submittal and approval status.

Correction of non-conformitiesAll non-conformities and deviations from QA/QC procedures andspecifications as well as any non-conformity of materials, welding,painting etc. shall be reported by the QA/QC department. Non-conformities shall be corrected or disposed as approved by the clients.

HSE Management System

Heyplus Energy Int’l Limited as an established HSE Management systemdeveloped in line with international Safety Standards and Codes. Thecompany has a HSE manual, which carries the requisite policy statements.The HSE manual is the basic guide for all inputs into operations being carriedout by the company. It covers all the critical aspects of her operations andmeets the requirements of Client’s HSE policy. As depict in the organizationalstructure, the position of the HSE Manager has overall responsibility for HSEmatters in the company.

HSE management of project shall be in accordance with the “Project HSEPLAN” which shall be developed for per project in line with project HSErequirements. In this document, realistic and achievable targets shall be setfor HSE performance indicators. HSE statistics shall be recorded andreported on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

In Heyplus, we attach importance to HSE and specifically for projects, theposition of project HSE Manager shall enjoy organization freedom to fullycarry out his duty without fear of intimidation.

Safety, health of personnel, care of the environment and loss prevention is anintegral part of our project execution. These considerations will be reflected inevery aspect of services from inception to completion, i.e a consistentapproach to safety and the environment. Documents review for compliancewith contract HSE specification and requirements and safety provisions willbe optimized at all time. Safety legislation and Client requirements will beincorporated into all HSE design and implementation.

All personnel shall be properly inducted and trained so as to be acquaintedwith both Client and Project safety requirements.

Periodic audit and personnel observations shall serve as a feedback toconsistently assess HSE performance. All identified deficiencies orinadequacies shall be promptly and proactively addressed.

Heyplus Energy has a policy of reinforcing workers HSE participation. HSEaward/incentives program has been put in place to compensate worker whohas participated satisfactory in HSE issues for the month.
