On all abutment crossing or in air, supported onpiers/walls, for nallah crossing and at otherspecific locations, cable laying shall be on thegalvanized steel structures which can withstandwind velocity of 160kmph, supported on piersand have sufficient structural strength. Theminimum average weight of zinc coating shouldbe 1000g/m2 (RDSO). The cables should be wellprotected by providing GI sheet of thickness8mm at-least fastened with nuts and bolts & tagwelded on all sides to be protected from anypilferages. The arrangement shall render cableabsolutely safe from any natural calamity. Thecable shall not be exposed or get affected due tostray fire caused in the vicinity. In case of nallahcrossing or crossing of water body, the erectedstructure shall not obstruct the water flow.Theattention of bidder is specifically invited to thenallah crossing near Sector 82.

Kindly confirm whether the galvanisedsteel structure provided fot cablesuppports needs to be provided with amaintance walkway. If yes, kindly indicatethe width and height of maintanancewalkway to be provided.
