COOSA LODGE Order of the Arrow Founders Award Nomination Form Introduced at the 1981 National Order of the Arrow Conference, the Founder's Award recognizes Arrowmen who have given outstanding service to their lodge. The award is reserved for an Arrowman who demonstrates that he or she personifies the spirit of selfless service, as advocated by founder E. Urner Goodman and cofounder Carroll A. Edson.Please submit the name of any Arrowman, adult or youth, you consider worthy of the Founder’s Award by November 5th, at FALL FELLOWSHIP. All members whose dues are paid up, who are currently registered in Scouting, and who have given outstanding, selfless service to their lodge will be considered by the committee. Please write legibly in ink or type. Use additional paper if necessary. Nominations may be (1) handed to David Murphree or Daniel Giles by Fall Fellowship (November 3-5), (2) mailed in time to arrive in Birmingham no later than November 6, 2017, or (3) emailed to [email protected] or [email protected] no later than November 6, 2016. This year our lodge will select two recipients, of which, one must be a youth.
