COMEBACKTHE
PHASED RE-OPENING PLANCumberland County Community Church
This has been a time that we will never forget. Over the past weeks we have witnessed our church,
community, state, and world endure a time of disruption and isolation. We have been separated
from our families, co-workers, neighbors, friends, and church family. We long for things we once
took for granted- a hug, a cup of coffee with a friend, a Sunday at church.
In an effort to continue living out our mission as the church and reunite, we have prayerfully
put together a four-phase plan for The Comeback. Every effort is being made to ensure that
the phases align with state guidelines and CDC recommendations.
SEPARATED...
...BUT UNITED
WE WILL BE TOGETHER SOON
AND IT WILL BE BETTER THAN EVER.
COMEBACKTHE
Since March 16, our building has been closed to public gatherings. All events have
been cancelled. Our leadership decided that it's safer for everyone to stay at home.
We are live-streaming our messages, announcements, communion, etc. each Sunday
at 11 am via Facebook and YouTube.
We have provided daily devotionals with Pastor Sal (and Sam) via our Facebook page.
We have created a weekly Wednesday Night Worship Zoom meeting with worship
music being led by Julian Kidd.
We have had individuals prerecord segments of our Sunday worship to share with
you (scripture reading, welcome, singing, etc.)
Small groups, including Souled Out Community Youth and our Community Kids
Sunday School continue to meet online via ZOOM.
We are following all CDC guidelines for hygiene and personal health.
