Mr. Tasawwar Khan is our Deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan in

Canberra and has just lost his mother. On behalf of the Pakistani

community in WA we send our heartiest condolences to his family.

Condolences are also sent to the family of Sam who passed away

earlier this month. Sam has been the first President of EthnicCommunities Council (ECC) and has made significant

contribution to the integration of ethnic communities. He will be

sadly missed by the community organisations in WA

fear losing their jobs . Althou gh th ese hou rs m ay be conve nient for stude nts, wom en wh o

have fam ilies find it very difficult to wo rk late and on wee ke nd s. We are raising t his iss ue
