Preventive Plan Maintenance Solution developed by EIS SAG Team


Tech Mahindra Preventive Plant Maintenance Solution Raga is a end to

end IoT based Industry 4.0 solution which seamlessly blends data from

IoT sensors and SCADA/PLC system. It collects live sensor data with

defined frequency and predict health of various plant equipment in real-

time before it fails based on historic data, machine learning and defined

parameters.

It alerts maintenance personnel, OEM provider, Parts supplier all in real-

time. Developed using leading edge product of Software AG, it saves

cost, makes uptime higher than ever before with minimum cost.

Overview


Sensors connection : Raga can connect to 1000’s of sensors like accelerometers, temperature sensors, motion sensor, voltage meter. Each sensor having unique address and tag for location, type of equipment it is monitoring and defined parameter on which it needs to be measured. All Sensor data gets monitored in real time and processed using APAMA predictive analytics engine. App Connections : Raga has inbuilt mechanism to connect to existing plan maintenance work order system, vendor system using B2B gateway, ERP system so that preventive maintenance can be carried out before failure happens. Raga Command Centre: Raga has command centre interface to be projected in central command centre that provides current running status of each segment of plant and it’s sensor. Any parts/segment going wrong is flashed.

Raga Reports: Raga has different type of out of box reports that provide different health status of plant equipment department wise. Each plant parts being monitored has •  Daily report •  Weekly report •  Monthly report

All the above report comes with graphical report. And are downloadable in excel format for further analysis. Alerts: Raga can send alert based for preventive and corrective maintenance via email, message over email, update ticketing system. Automated Resolution/Remediation: RAGA Can send commands to connected SCADA/PLC system based on configuration so that plan operates within defined boundary of parameters.
