Board A: Frame (2)

Board B: Frame (2)

Board C: Top (1)

Board D: Legs (2)

Materials

3” Wood Screws (8)

1 5/8” Wood Screws (12)

4 1/2” Carriage Bolts (2)

3/8” Wing Nuts (2)

Final Assembly – The Frame 1. Attach Board A (48”) to Board B (21”)

Notes:

2. Continue clockwise until all joints are fastened.

- Two 3” wood screws per joint

- Board B on interior of frame

Final Assembly – The Top

1. Set Board C onto frame.

2. Install 1 5/8” screw into the short dimension corners.

- Repeat for opposite corners.

3. Install eight remaining 1 5/8” wood screws into the top.

Final Assembly – The Legs

1. Insert carriage bolt through each pre-drilled hole in the long side of frame.

2. Slide each Board D onto the carriage bolt through hole in leg.

3. Secure the leg by fastening the wing nut.

Quality

- Inspect the boards for any burs.

- Check all pre-drilled screw holes

have screws inserted.

- Verify all screws sit slightly below

flush with the top and frame.
