However, that’s not true. Viral and bacterial infections have been amongst us from the beginning of time, and we humans have always survived them, even in times when there were no vaccines.

The Corona virus is now spreading all over the world, and since there’s no medication or treatment to be expected anytime soon, it might seem that we are helpless and there’s nothing we can do.

Don’t Panic! Prepare...

Things We Can DoAlthough you should take this pandemic very seriously, there are things we can do to stop the spread, but also things we can do to strengthen our immune system so it can fight when we would get contaminated.

In this report we want to address in a practical and efficient way, how you can protect yourself against the coronavirus or any alien microorganism that enters the body.

Governments are taking decisions to protect us with simple steps like limiting our physical interactions, and cleaning our hands. Since this virus is spreading through the air, not shaking hands, cleaning our hands often, and keeping people at distance might not be enough.

Staying away from social gatherings in physical places is certainly good advice, but how long can we stay in quaran-tine, locked in our houses, or worse in a room? Certainly not a feasible solution for the long term.

As authority figures do not foresee to have an anti-COVID-19 virus anytime soon (predictions are that it will take at least 18 months…) we need to realize that all of us will be affected, but more importantly many of us will be infected.

No one expected an outbreak of this magnitude until it hap-pened. And wherever in the world you live, we hope you’re managing as best as you can.

In this report we want to address in a practical and efficient way, how you can protect yourself against the coronavirus or any alien microorganism that enters the body.

Introduction

The unknowns make a viral outbreak like this so scary: When will this outbreak end? What works to fight it in the meantime? and When might we have a real treatment?

The knowns can help or hurt us: How fast is the virus spreading globally and where? What about the relentless FEAR propagated by media, friends, and even family members who bombard us with worry and panic?

All this information combined with fear, and the relatively unknown can feel overwhelming and exhausting. If your anxiety is running high or cortisol levels are keeping you up at night, we hear you, because we’re dealing with the same concerns.

Let Us Help Calm You A BitTAKE A DEEP BREATH Feel your lungs? That’s what the virus targets and what you must protect. Know that none of us is immune to COVID-19. It is a novel virus. 80-85% of us will have a very mild experience with the virus — a cold or flu-like symptoms.

A few of us may experience far worse symptoms, many think this will happen to people 60 years or older, however that’s not true. In Europe there are many in intensive care that are young adults too. What is sure though is that the ones who will suffer more, are those with a weak immune system.

6

Those with a weak immune system will suffer more than those with a strong immune system.

It’s incumbent on us to help protect ourselves, our families, and our communities, to bolster our immune systems and minimize infection.

Don’t Panic, PrepareWe will survive this pandemic, because our bodies are in-credible sophisticated fighting machines. Medical institu-tions are so busy trying to cope with the many new cases that arrive in the hospitals, that they can only focus on how to handle the emergencies. But I feel the need to come out and share what you can do to increase your immune system, and to help you be prepared the best as you can to survive this COVID-19 strain of the Corona virus.

As of March 11th, 2020, the Corona Virus (COVID-19) has been recog-nized as a worldwide pandemic. We have known about the virus ever since it hit China last month, but now that it is at your door you need to protect yourself. Identifying symptoms is important too, so that you can get help and avoid infecting others.

Practical Ways To Protect Yourself

Page 11: Corona Virus A Guide To Boost Your Immune System v2€¦ · A Guide To Boost Your Immune System Corona Virus In This Report You’ll Find: Introduction Don’t Panic, Prepare Practical

As we mentioned before, it is important to stay calm and focused on reality. While this situation and the word pandemic are very scary, panic only minimizes our ability to think rationally. One of the greatest ways to curtail panic is with knowledge and awareness.

Prepare First, let’s talk about what you need in order to prepare.

The main thing you might face is prolonged periods of quar-antine. This has happened in China and Italy both, so it may happen to you. In the case of quarantine, you will have to stay inside your home.

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) there are some key things you can do to prepare (just in case):

“Create an emergency contact list.” This should include emergency contacts for neighbors, friends, family, your health care team, employers, schools and your local health department.

“Learn about your employer’s emergency operations plan.” Find out exactly what your plan covers as to sick leave, work from home possibilities and how your employer plans to deal with this outbreak.

Most important, stay informed, look to credible sources for information about COVID-19 and reject gossip and hype, which only propagate panic and anxiety.

Precautions Let’s talk about what you can do to prevent getting the virus in the first place.

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), clean your hands often for at least 20 seconds each wash. Definitely wash your hands after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing, or having been in a public place.

If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Soap and water are better than hand sanitizer if they are available, so please don’t stock pile hand sanitizer.

Clean your home well and regularly.

The CDC precautions continue, saying whenever possible avoid touching surfaces in public areas that are touched by many, such as doorknobs, handrails, and elevator buttons.

Handshakes need to be postponed for now. You can use your sleeve or a tissue when you touch these. Wash your hands right after contact.

Stay away from anyone you know who has cold or flu symptoms. WHO recommends at least a 3-foot distance away from someone who is coughing or sneezing.

Prevention

According to World Health Organization (WHO), you should follow safe respiratory hygiene. When sneezing or coughing, make sure to cover nose and mouth with either a bent elbow or tissue. Throw away all tissues right after use. This is because droplets spread virus by way of spores.

Both the WHO and the CDC advise that if you are sick, stay home. Even when you don’t know if it is Corona or just a cold, it is better to stay home until you feel well again.

According to a medical professional who spoke with CNN on March 10, 2020, a 6-foot distance between people is a safe bet.

Dr. William Schaffner, an internist and infectious disease specialist from Vanderbilt University told CNN on March 9, that the elderly and those with existing compromised health are best served by staying away from crowds, so for now postpone going to concerts, philharmonic and other places where large crowds gather in small spaces.

As of March 11, 2020, the authorities recommend not gathering in large crowds of 500 or more for everyone, hence the cancellation of sporting events around the world and the cancellation of various conven-tions. Respiratory infection spreads faster in poor ventilated areas and closed in settings.

12

If you are sick stay at home. Even when you don’t know if it is Corona or just a cold.

Precautions

Who Is At Highest Risk? Older adults (Over 60) and those who have existing medical conditions including, lung disease, heart disease and diabetes will suffer the most and have the highest mortality rate if infected, according to the CDC.

The director of the CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, Dr. Nancy Messonnier says, the highest risk of COVID-19 is for those over age 80 who have other medical conditions.

If you or someone you know fits into a high risk category, stock up on groceries and any required medications, leave space between you and others, avoid crowds and travel, clean your hands and your house often, and stay home as much as possible.

Symptoms Normal Symptoms: The CDC lists the following symptoms to look for, which are much like a cold:

Fever

Cough

Shortness of breath

If you have the normal symptoms, call your health care provider for an evaluation.

Don’t you find it strange that during the Flu or viral season, many of the people around you might get sick while there are always people who stand tall? Even when everyone else in their home or office is sick or gets the flu...

The Importance Of Your Immune System

Page 18: Corona Virus A Guide To Boost Your Immune System v2€¦ · A Guide To Boost Your Immune System Corona Virus In This Report You’ll Find: Introduction Don’t Panic, Prepare Practical

The immune system is the first line of defense of our body against an alien microorganism entering the body. The stronger your immune system, the lesser will be the chance of you falling ill. It doesn’t mean it makes you invincible, but your first line of defense will be a much stronger wall for any bacterial or viral infection to enter your body and you will have a much stronger line of defense against a viral or bacterial's warfare against your healthy cells.

A healthy immune system reduces your chance of viral infection and flu. And although I don’t know who or what created this Corona virus, nor do I have any details on how it affects and attacks our physical body and immune system, there are natural ways you can use to boost your immune system.

So, let me explain a few things about how you can not only strengthen your immune system, but how you can support your healing process in a natural way too.

Understanding our immune systemOur immune system is central to our livelihood. It controls our bodies response to fighting diseases and bacterial agents. If we took perfect care of our bodies we would soon realize that our bodies are bio-powered immune fighting machines, stronger than any antioxidant out there.

17

Our immune system is central to our livelihood. It controls our bodies response to fighting diseases and bacterial agents.

Why Is Boosting Your Immune System So Important?

Page 19: Corona Virus A Guide To Boost Your Immune System v2€¦ · A Guide To Boost Your Immune System Corona Virus In This Report You’ll Find: Introduction Don’t Panic, Prepare Practical

We are made to instinctively gather food, care for our loved ones and offspring, and combat or fight against any invaders, whether visible or invisible to the human eye.

Bacterial and viral agents can enter the body in many different ways. Don’t think you are safe just because you wash your hands a few times a day. Bacteria or viral organ-isms enter your body through touch, sneezes, physical contact or through other mechanisms. Keep in mind if someone coughs, their phlegm may spread over a wide area, meaning whatever illness they have will shower the people around them unless they cover their mouths.

When bacterial and viral agents attack your body, your body’s immune system receives a signal from your brain that shouts: “Time to make white blood cells!”

White blood cells are the types of cells in your body that react to infection. Their job is to help create cells that fight diseases whether they are viral or bacterial in nature.

Your body also starts producing antibodies, which are specific types of white blood cells that fight off infection. Antibodies, including IgE help fight allergies and other disorders. IgA is a type of antibody that commonly helps fight against infection.

If your immune system is strong, your body will send enough antibodies and white blood cells to fight any attack, no matter how severe.

18

White Blood Cells & Antibodies

This doesn’t mean you won’t get sick, it means your body will do everything it can to keep you healthy. If you get sick, the chances are high you will recover much faster if your immune system is strong as it will work wonders.

It may take you a few days to recover, but most people recover from minor infections or viruses relatively easily. However immuno-compromised patients will find it takes their body much longer to overcome something as simple as a common cold.

***Special note for people with autoimmune disease***

If you know people in your circle of friends, colleagues or maybe even a family member that have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, please protect them by all means. Even if that would mean putting them in quarantine, because when they will get infected, they will have a very hard time to survive a virus as severe as COVID-19.

Reasons Why Your Immune System FailsThere are a lot of reasons why your immune system doesn’t properly function and is lacking it’s natural healing power. One part is the poison the food industry is spraying on, or putting in our foods.

19

If you get sick, the chances are high you will recover much faster if your immune system is strong as it will work wonders

But there’s also our unhealthy lifestyle and habits.

I could write entire books on what are possible causes, nevertheless I do not want to focus on the negative. I rather spend my time on what you can do to help your immune system return to it’s original magical healing state.

Remember that your immune system is your best friend when you want to help protect your body against colds, influenza and other common illnesses that often strike young children, the elderly and people with compromised immune systems.

Our bodies can survive many weeks without food, several days without water, but only a few minutes without oxygen. I want you to remember this list in the order of importance every time you’re confronted with illness or disease.

No viral or bacterial infection can survive in a cell where there’s enough oxygen. Some medical practitioners already know this, however they are threatened whenever they try to help people with oxygen therapy for diseases like cancer, HIV, etc.

This is because healthcare has become a multi billion dollar industry (256 Billion dollar for cancer treatments alone…)

There’s not much to charge for air/oxygen, right?

How Can We Increase Our Oxygen Levels? So many people get caught up in their day-to-day cores that they forget one simple thing… breathing. With that I mean breathing in a proper way.

What is breathing in a proper way? Most people do not know how to do this right anymore. They breathe shallow. They take a breath from their chest, because this is where the lungs are. However, the lungs are like a filter that filters the air that passes through the longs. Breathing is not supposed to come from the chest.

22

No viral or bacterial infection can survive in a cell where there’s enough oxygen

#1 Oxygen

Page 24: Corona Virus A Guide To Boost Your Immune System v2€¦ · A Guide To Boost Your Immune System Corona Virus In This Report You’ll Find: Introduction Don’t Panic, Prepare Practical

Breathing into the chest is not healthy breathing, it is stress breathing.

Healthy breathing is done by inhaling in your abdomen, let-ting the air be filtered by your longs, but the air getting sucked into your abdomen. You only expand the airflow to your chest when you take a really deep breath. And the only time you really need that kind of deep breath is when you need to make an extreme effort, like when you want to release some stress, pump up your energy for a physical energetic action, or when you’ll need to hold your breath for a long time, ie. when you swim under water.

Also the exhaling is important, and should be the same rhythmic time as the inhale. This is when you are breathing doing your normal routines. When you are practicing “the breath of life” the exhaling time should be at least one-and-a-half time to twice as long as the time you took to inhale. To make you better understand this, think about a baby who is crying. A baby generally takes a short breath and then cries/exhales for a very long time, before it breaths in again. That’s the kind of breath you want for healing.

Here’s a good test to find out if you are stress breathing. Ask yourself, “How many times do I hold my breath?” You may be holding your breath without even realizing it. Other people clench their jaws often or grind their teeth when stressed. And some even develop TMJ. Which you definitely don’t want to happen to you.

23

Healthy breathing is done by inhaling in your abdomen, letting the air be filtered by your longs, but letting the air flow into your abdomen

Health Breathing

Page 25: Corona Virus A Guide To Boost Your Immune System v2€¦ · A Guide To Boost Your Immune System Corona Virus In This Report You’ll Find: Introduction Don’t Panic, Prepare Practical

The good news is you can easily release your stress or anticipation and improve your immune boosting powers by simply BREATHING like your body was designed to do.

Take Some Time Right Now To Practice BREATHING… Breathe in slowly and feel the breath going through your nostrils, through your longs (not in your chest but a pas-sage through your longs to clean the air) into your belly, and then exhale relaxed, slowly, and deeply.

If you do it wrong, your chest goes up when you breath in. If you do it right your belly expands when you breathe in.

If you’ve ever taken a Chi Kung or Yoga class you may be familiar with this form of breathing. In Chi Kung it is called “Chi” or “Qi” and in Yoga it is called “Prana” translated they are "The Breath Of Life.”

If you want to live a healthy life, then you have to learn how to breathe this breath of life. Practice when you are at home, or in nature. Ideally in the morning, as the fresh air will boost both your body and your mind with healthy oxygen, or while you are lying in bed at night as it will help you get into a nice deep relaxing sleep.

Ideally you practice a little bit of chi kung or yoga everyday, as the exercises will automatically force you to breathe slowly, deeply, and in the right way.

24

If you want to live a healthy life, then you heave to learn how to breathe “The Breath Of Life”

The Breath Of Life

Page 26: Corona Virus A Guide To Boost Your Immune System v2€¦ · A Guide To Boost Your Immune System Corona Virus In This Report You’ll Find: Introduction Don’t Panic, Prepare Practical

Obviously the quality of the air you breathe is also important. If you are living in a smoggy city or town, there will be less oxygen in the air, than if you go to the Swiss Alps…

But if you are living in a city, there’s probably a park with trees nearby. The trees are like longs purifying the air, so going over there will be better than doing it in your room.

Since I’m guessing you don’t have an anti-pressure chamber with oxygen tanks to treat diving incidents at your home...and unless you’ve been preparing your body to race at the Tour-de-France next summer, you will probably not have access to blood transfusions with increased oxygen in the blood neither.

But if you have been diagnosed with a viral disease, and you have the money to get these kind of treatments, then go for it.

Alternatively if you know you won’t be able to go to work and will need to rest to heal, you might want to go to the mountains to take in some fresh air, rather than staying at home or in a city.

25

Air Quality

The quality of the air you breathe will determine how much oxygen you get in your cells. Ideally you spend a few minutes daily in nature to do some deep breathing exercises

Page 27: Corona Virus A Guide To Boost Your Immune System v2€¦ · A Guide To Boost Your Immune System Corona Virus In This Report You’ll Find: Introduction Don’t Panic, Prepare Practical

So let’s recap what you can do to boost your immune system through increasing your oxygen levels#1 Is getting more oxygen in your cells

A few things you can do to get more oxygen in your cells:

Practice "the breath of life” through Chi Kung, Yoga or meditation

Exhale with the sound “E.”

Inhale, and while you exhale you exhale with the sound “E”

This will clear your throat chakra, and seems to be especially functional against throat infections

Practice Chi Kung cell rejuvenation breathing and mental cleansing

Practice Yoga, or Nadi Shodana breathing

Use steam therapy breathing.

Just boil some water, poor it into a hot cup, have some drops of eucalyptus, tiger balsam, or other herbs, and put a towel over your head while you in-hale the vapor slowly and deeply.

This might also be a particular healthy treatment for viral and bacterial infections in your nasal cavity and throat

STOP SMOKING!

26

Oxygen Recap

One of the best ways to boost your immune system is to increase the levels of oxygen in your cells

Staying hydrated is a crucial element to boost your immune health too. Water helps your body produce lymph, which carries white blood cells and other immune system cells.

Avoid Coffee And AlcoholAvoid beverage that can make you dehydrated, like coffee and alcohol, especially when you are sick. I you have no symptoms of illness it’s okay to enjoy your coffee, but don’t drink more than two cups a day, and ideally spread them at least 4 hours apart.

Eat More Hydrating FoodsEat more hydrating foods, such as cucumbers, celery or watermelon. The juice in combination with the fiber from these vegetables are like a healing elixir for your body. The reason we do not advocate juicing, is because the fiber in combination with the liquid makes a real health difference compared to the juicing alone.

Juicing often creates a sugar bomb. Something that makes your blood sugar spike, and that’s only good if you’re going to do a big physical effort, ie.: a real hard workout. But also consider the drop in energy which will be as high as the spike you’ve got. It will also drop as fast as it spiked...therefore there’s no real health benefit to only drink the juice.

27

Take A Shot Of ACVA super way to boost your immune system is to take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar on an empty stomach every morning (I use Bragg’s Raw Unfiltered Organic).

If a pure shot is too strong, I suggest mixing raw apple ci-der vinegar (ACV) with purified water. It creates a helpful tonic for supporting your immune system. Raw ACV is loaded with enzymes and beneficial bacteria that promote intestinal balance. ACV also helps to balance your body’s pH and transition it into a more alkaline state — which is absolutely crucial for a healthy immune system response.

Mix one to two tablespoons of raw ACV with eight ounces of purified water and consume daily, preferably using a straw so the acidic ACV avoids contact with your teeth. Talk-ing about teeth...never brush your teeth after drinking ACV!

Hot Water With A Slice Of LemonDrink hot water with a slice of lemon, green tea, ginger, or any other healthy herbal mix. The benefits of drinking lemon juice mixed in water go beyond the naturally occurring vitamin C. Lemons aid the body in purifying the lymphatic system, which is crucial when you’re sick.

I highly recommend making vitamin C an essential part of your daily health routine. And for emergency support you can take 3000 mg three to four times daily.

28

Balance Your Body’s pH

ACV helps to balance your body’s pH and transition it into a more alkaline state, which is absolutely crucial for a healthy immune system response.

HoneyGet some honey from a local beekeeper. Bees combine all the good stuff from nature. All the herbs from plants and flowers they visited are inside their honey…

Chi WaterYou can also make Chi water. Here are three recipes:

1. One is by putting chi into the water through mental conditioning (a from of meditation). A spiritual technique you can also use with your food. Some Buddhist monks use this technique to change the energy and vibrational frequency of the water (or the food).

2. Boil water and add a small tip of a teaspoon with Himalayan pink salt. The natural harvesting process allows pink Himalayan salt to possess many other minerals and trace elements that are not found in regu-lar table salt. It is estimated that Himalayan pink salt contains up to 84 different minerals and trace elements.

3. Mix 50% of your bottled water with 50% of boiled water from the faucet, and mix it with some honey from a local beekeeper, some lemon and some spice, i.e.: ginger, turmeric, peppermint... or any herb you like

The first and second version you can drink anytime you want, and as much as you want. However, the third version I would only drink when not infected with a bacterial or viral disease.

29

Chi Water

If you use honey, get it from a local beekeeper. It’s more pure, but most importantly it has all the herbs from the flowers in your region. This will help balance your body to the herbs in your natural environment

Page 31: Corona Virus A Guide To Boost Your Immune System v2€¦ · A Guide To Boost Your Immune System Corona Virus In This Report You’ll Find: Introduction Don’t Panic, Prepare Practical

The reason why is because there’s honey in the recipe. And although honey is probably the healthiest sweetener you can use because of the many healing benefits from all the flowers and herbs inside...I would avoid anything with sugar if I would have a viral or bacterial infection.

Simply because sugar seems to have a negative effect on increasing the power of many microorganism that create tumors, like cancer, etc.

If not infected, I would use honey to have a healthy alterna-tive for a tasteful drink that gives an immediate boost in energy.

STOP ALCOHOL INTAKE!

30

Warning

Avoid consuming sugar when you have a viral or bacterial infection

Make sure you get your essential minerals and vitamins through eating unprocessed foods and what nature provides. Do you remember “An apple a day keeps the doctor away…"

Citrus Fruits & Vitamin CEat citrus fruits to increase your intake of vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant found in many fruits and vegetables. Also known as L-ascorbic acid, vitamin C has a wide variety of uses in the body. It supports normal growth and development, and helps the body repair damaged tissue.

It is also widely believed to strengthen and support the immune system.

If you have a lingering cold that won’t go away, changes are you are not getting enough vitamin C. It’s a powerful support for the common cold, and you can take upwards to 2000 mg four times daily.

About the importance of food: Did you know that tests were done on cancer cells in a lab, and the tumor increased when it was induced with alcohol or sugar, but when they induced it with juice from a lemon it started to shrink immediately and decreased…

Just to make you think a little...

Also Chaga mushrooms will boost your immune system. Studies show that the Chaga mushroom plays an important role in regulating your cytokines, which are like little chemical messengers that ramp up your white blood cell activity and improve your defenses against bugs ranging from the common cold to more life-threatening ones. For emergency support, you can take 2 grams daily.

TurmericUse turmeric in your food, or as a supplement. Turmeric is a yellowish spice popular in Indian dishes, turmeric has many proven health benefits for the human body. It’s high in antioxidants, which help to protect immune cells from free radical damage. In addition, some studies have reported that the active ingredient in turmeric — curcumin — may be responsible for supporting the action of T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells.

This immunomodulatory effect seems to help protect against a wide range of harmful organisms. For emergency support, you can take two dropperfuls every couple of hours.

Vitamin DGet your dose of Vitamin D. Also known as the sunshine vitamin, vitamin D is another nutrient that keeps your immune system strong. In fact, vitamin D deficiency is directly linked to a compromised immune system.

Exposure to sunlight is the best way to encourage your body to produce vitamin D, so try to step out into the sun more often.

Caution: Depending on where you live in the world...be careful to not get sunburn, or do not stay out too long in the sun and heat.

Getting out in the sun might not always be accessible for everyone, especially during wintertime. Supplementing with vitamin D3 (not D2) is an easy and alternative way to fill the gap. For emergency support, you can take 20,000 IU twice daily.

ProbioticsEat probiotic rich foods or take a quality supplement. The good bacteria in your gut are known as probiotics, and they are responsible for supporting digestion, combating harmful organisms, and keeping your immune system strong and healthy. Considering that 70% of your immune system resides in your gut, maintaining a balance of probiotic bacteria is essential for nurturing your immune defenses.

Probiotic-rich foods like kombucha, sauerkraut, and kefir, or a high-quality probiotic supplement, can help balance your ratio of good to bad bacteria. Probiotic supplements like Floratrex and Latero-Flora are effective ways to encourage good balance.

A Note About Supplements Be careful with supplements as 80% of supplements in the market do not have what they put on the label…

While vitamins and supplements can help fill in the gaps in your diet, the best way to load up on essential nutrients is to get them straight from food.

Your body absorbs and uses vitamins and nutrients better when they come from a dietary source. When it’s a vitamin or supplement,    it’s often questionable how much you’re actually getting. Because supplements are regulated as foods, not as drugs, the Food and Drug Administration doesn’t evaluate the quality of supplements or assess their effects on the body.

Some supplements may have side effects, especially if taken before surgery or with other medicines. Supplements can also cause problems if you have certain health conditions. And the effects of many supplements haven’t been tested in children, pregnant women and other groups.

It’s especially important to avoid taking vitamin E supplements. Not only is there little clinical research showing that vitamin E supplements benefit your health, they may be harmful in some situations. For more vitamin E we suggest you eat more nuts and seeds (preferably natural, and not sweetened, roasted or salted if you eat them when you’re trying to heal)

Rest While we are on the subject of rest, let’s talk about it. How often do you rest? Do you feel rejuvenated when you rest? Or, like so many others, do you feel tired and lethargic?

Resting isn’t just about sleep. It’s about taking a break from your everyday activities so your mind and body have a chance to recover from a hard day of work. No matter your job, it is critical to your health that you rest.

SLEEP Isn’t Enough… You Must REST To Feel Refreshed.

If you don’t think you have time to rest, consider taking a 10-minute break every one or two hours or so. Walk outside, even if it is just outside the door, take a couple of big, deep breaths and return to work. It is as simple as that. Just like a potty break, only much better.

Restore When you start breathing you begin learning how to restore your body. Restoration is necessary. It helps boost your strength. One way to restore or stock up on energy is by exercising or rather moving.

We will call it exercising, but this can be anything from walking, to fitness, to bicycling, to dancing… anything that makes you move your body. As long as you don’t go extreme with it, especially if your immune systems needs all your body’s strength to heal.

#4 The 4 R’s - Rest, Restore, Rejuvenate, Replenish

Resting isn’t just about sleep, it’s about taking a break from your everyday activities so your mind and body have a chance to recover

Moving will help bolster your stamina and teach your body how to combat fatigue or lethargy.

If you’re healthy and you do want to start exercising to boost your immune system, try to do at least 30 minutes daily. If you have been sedentary for a long time, you don’t have to do this all at once. You can for example, take a 10-minute walk up the stairs of your building and then down again. You can sprint to the mailbox and back (don’t do this if you’re wearing uncomfortable shoes or high-heels however).

You can do a few push-ups between commercials. The point is you shouldn’t have to worry about exercise, it should come naturally.

To help you on your path to restoration, why not create a list of the top five activities you can engage in that you will enjoy and will restore your energy?

Common, take a note pad and jot down some ideas of things you would not mind doing as a way of moving your body in a healthy way on a daily basis.

Rejuvenate Have you ever noticed what your body automatically does when you are sick?

When you are sick, you want to sleep, you are not hungry at all, often you can’t even eat.

37

Move

This is because digestion is one of the most energy-consuming activities of your body. When you’re sick, and you don’t feel hungry, it means your immune system uses all the energy of your organs and bodily functions to optimize the energy flow towards healing.

That is also the reason why a good night sleep is so important. During your moment of sleep and rest-time, your body is rejuvenating your cells and bodily functions.

However, you can also sleep too much. So do everything with moderation to keep a nice balance, and your immune system will thank you.

Replenish We talked about food in the previous section, but it’s worth repeating. Proper food is necessary for you to function well. You replenish your body by eating well. The best way to keep your metabolism revved for a long day is by eating small meals instead of very large meals.

If you eat a meal that is too heavy, your body’s energy will slow down as your body struggles to digest all the food you’ve eaten.

You can also adopt more advanced healing diets, such as Intermittent fasting, but if you think about the simple formula of “What goes in comes out…” you know that quantity and quality are crucial in fighting disease.

Quantity is in 99% of the cases eating less, and quality is in 80% of the cases eating more fruit and vegetables. In fact most food from nature is like medicine for your body. The healthier your nutrition the healthier your body.

Cleansing and DetoxingRegular intestinal cleansing with an oxygen-based colon cleanser like OXY-powder, can support your immune system by providing a balanced, clean environment for probiotic bacteria to thrive. The positive benefits of intestinal cleansing with OXY-powder are enhanced when it’s paired with a good probiotic supplement.

FastFasting is the quickest way to boost your immune system. When you temporarily stop consuming food, your body no longer has to perform its most energy-consuming function — digestion.

Your body will first decompose and burn cells and tissues which are diseased, damaged, aging, or dead — this is called autophagy.

Fasting also regenerates the immune system and attacks all harmful organisms, such as viruses, bacteria, and fungus.

Scientists at the University of Southern California com-pleted a study proving that fasting for as little as 72 hours “flips a regenerative switch,” which prompts immune stem cells to create brand new white blood cells, essentially re-generating the entire immune system.
