Marinita Development Co Inc successor in interest to Capri Builders Inc which was

established in 1961 is a California corporation whose principal members are J Scott

Fawcett Ross Canon David B Garrison and Larry M Powell who together representover a century of experience Marinita is licensed as a California and Nevada generalcontractor and California real estate broker The companys current focus is developingbuilding managing and mazketing residential retail and industrial properties CurrentlyMarinita and its affiliates manage 16 retail industrial and residential communities

Marinita is afullservice real estate company which constitutes astrong foundation forlongterm investments Marinita strives to identify the best developmental opportunitiesthrough careful mazket analysis and feasibility studies

J Scott Fawcett

Scott Fawcett is the President and one of the founders of Marinita Development CoInc Marinita specializes in developing managing and operating shopping centers andindustrial parks The company has offices in Newport Beach Califomia and Las Vegas

Mr Fawcett is responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the company aswell as the asset management operations of all properties His responsibilities includenew business development supervising real estate acquisitions maintaining bankingrelationships obtaining financing and developing corporate strategies goals andobjectives

Mr Fawcett has been involved in the real estate field for over 45 years He has anextensive diversed commercial real estate background having worked 17 years withShell Oil Co where he acquired properties for service stations and the land investmentsdivision

Mr Powellsexperience has covered all aspects of development from acquisitionentitlement financial analysis to project management and leasing He has held SeniorReal Estate positions with several of Southern Californiasmajor retailers andcommercial developers inGuding Stater Bros Markets Downey Savings Yucaipacompanies and Food 4 Less He has been involved in commercial real estate since1974 He is responsible for site acquisition and financial analysis for some of Marinitasnew developments

Mr Powell has been involved in the design development and operation ofapproximately 6 million square feet of commercial projects ranging from neighborhoodto promotional and power centers in Califomia Nevada and New Mexico

Mr Powell is an active member of ICSC Intemational Council of Shopping CentersACRE Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives Califomia BusinessProperties Association and has held leadership positions in each organization Heholds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Real Estate from Cal Poly inPomona He is a licensed Califomia Real Estate Broker

Marshall Lichterman

Mr Lichterman is President of Pacific States Commercial Development an affiliate ofMarinita Development Co He has extensive real estate experience that extends over33 years He has been involved with all aspects of brokerage acquisition predevelopment entitlement financing project management governmental liaison fundraising investor relations etc etc He has formed managed and helped secure

funding for Califomia General and Limited Partnerships LLCsbuildtosuits as well asJoint Ventures and business associations of every kind These have inGuded retailcenters industrial buildings corporate headquarter facilities R D business parksoffice buildings HotelMotel properties and a residential condominium project inLaguna Beach California

Mr Lichterman began his extensive career in commercial real estate as an industrialreal estate agent with WHDaum Staff in 1978 then as an investment specialist withIliff Thom Co and finally with Western Pacific Commercial Real Estate which wasowned by Beverly Hills Savings Loan The Board of Directors included Dan Donahue

Ross Canon

Mr Canon is responsible for project management and financing He has over50 yearsof experience in the related fields of real estate planning development and financing ofcommercial and residential projects throughout Califomia Arizona Colorado Nevadaand Florida Mr Canon has been active as a general contractor and has been licensedin Califomia since 1959

Mr Canon has been associated with Tustin Savings Loan as Vice President in chargeof their loan department Leadership Homes where he was in charge offinancing forseven planned communities and The Mission Viejo Company where he was VicePresident and Director of Special Projects Prior to joining Marinita in 1985 he was

directly responsible for the development of over 50 million of income property forAmerican Diversed Capital Corporation He has been an active member of the HomeBuilders Association in the states of Florida Arizona and Califomia

David B Garrison

Mr Garrison has an extensive background working within the construction and realestate industry and has held Vice President of Construction Design for firms such asWorld Premier Investments Hopkins Development Co and Pacific Rim DevelopmentformerlyWRGrace Development Mr Garrison has successfully completed projectsin California Nevada Illinois Oregon Washington and New Mexico Mr Garrison hasbeen a licensed General Contractor in the State of Califomia since 1990
