These sessions can cover a wide array of outcomes, including but not limited to, learning to: Be a more confident, competent, and positive communicator. Master the nonverbal impression you send out to others. Handle difficult situations with increased confidence and leave a more positive first impression through your work habits, attitude, and attire. Anticipate interpersonal and communication conflicts and learn to avoid them. Increase your social competence, including knowledge of general business and dining etiquette. Present yourself professionally when addressing an audience or while speaking one on one. Understand the power of presence and how to influence others while conveying respect and integrity Exhibit competence and confidence through your professional image. Master tips and techniques to maximize image assets, including color and body type analysis. Session topics may include the following: 1. Professional Image Interpreting guidelines for professional attire; e.g. dress code references. Dressing for your body shape and looking put together Conveying personality and confidence through your outward appearance. Making the most of the uniform: fit and tailoring to look your best. Grooming tips for men and women: hair, nails, fragrance, and hygiene expectations. Attending to details: managing accessories–glasses, backpacks, shoes, and more 2. Communicating Confidence and Credibility Monitoring nonverbal cues to convey respect and professionalism, including posture and meaningful gestures. Developing the ability to verbalize what you mean in a way that inspires, motivates, captures or persuades. Controlling the conversation by mastering the art of small talk. Avoiding communication catastrophes.

• Feeling confident in any situation; identify barriers to confidence and learn and use techniques for being confident.

• Identifying time wasters and learn strategies for maximizing personal productivity.

• Writing goals that are achievable, while identify personal barriers to success. • Understanding the importance of adapting to change and of continuous learning to

achieve continued success. * The above-mentioned session topics may be combined and adapted to suit the specific needs of the organization.
