CORRIGENDUM-4

IFB NO. CDI2501P17

This Corrigendum No. 4 dated 19.11.2016 to IFB No. CDI2501P17 for “Interior decoration,

refurbishment work including supply of furniture, soft furnishings, providing and fixing

bathroom & sanitary fittings, internal & external painting, providing and laying wall &

floor tiles (as per site requirement), replacement of steel windows & ventilators and

miscellaneous civil preparatory jobs, providing & fixing electrical fixtures/fittings etc.

complete in all respect for Main Zaloni Annex Guesthouse at Duliajan, Old and New

Block” is issued to notify the following:-

1) SOQ Service Line Item 300: Curtain Pelmet: Unit dimensions and details will be as

per the schedule given, based on which the rate per meter need to be furnished.

2) SOQ Service Line Item 120: Wardrobe: Drawing has been furnished, ref. STS / OIL/

25A. Specification details are also provided in the schedule.

3)

SOQ Service Line Item 560/570/580/590:

i) Guarantee to be read as Warranty.

ii) Electrical connection means Electrical Power connection from Socket outlet on the wall to the Split-AC Controller

iii) Matching cabling similarly means cable connection between the Indoor and Outdoor units of a Split AC ( length of cable supplied by OEM in the packing may be less than that required onsite )

4) SOQ Service Line Item 600: LED TV: Guarantee to be read as Warranty.

5) SOQ Service Line Item 610: Door: Door dimension given in Drawing no. STS/OIL/

17A.

6) SOQ Service Line Item 320, 330: Dining Table: It is mentioned in the specification

that back up teak ply for fixing the laminates need to be provided.

7) All furniture items are to be quoted as per specifications & model no. given. A

tolerance of ±1% on the dimension mentioned is permissible.

However, bidder to note SCC PART-III point no. Note 4 of (A) which reads as under:

“SUCCESSFUL TENDERER WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 90 DAYS (NINETY) OF

RECEIPT OF THE LOA, WILL NEED TO SET UP AT ACTUALS, MOCK UP ROOM

/ROOMS, FOR OBTAINING APPPROVAL, WITH PHYSICAL VERIFICATION, FROM

OIL INDIA LIMITED, BEFORE FINAL INSTALLATION OF ALL ITEMS.”

8) SOQ Service Line Item 610, 620: Unit of measurement should be read as SQUARE

METER instead of SET.

9) SOQ Service Line Item 70, 250 & 280: Centre Table: It is only the Centre Table (to

be used with Sofa Chair).

10) Bid Selling and Bid Closing/Bid Opening extended as per following:

i) Bid Closing Date & Time : Extended up to 29.11.2016 [11.00 Hrs(IST)]

ii) Bid Opening Date & Time: Extended up to 29.11.2016 [14.00 Hrs (IST)]

iii) Bid Selling Date & Time : Extended up to 22.11.2016 [15.30 Hrs (IST)]
