Ship Building

Kerala has for centuries been famous for its maritime history and shipbuilding traditions. Taking heart from this is Master Shipyard where shipbuilding is based on the marine way of thinking and traditions of the past, as well as on modern technical and technological skills and high quality standards. All these have led us to becoming one of the most preferred marine craft builders with a growing repertoire of national and international clients.

Dry Docking and Ship repairing

The shipyard is fully equipped to carry out dry dock and floating repairs for all kinds of vessels. We have the capability to accomplish dry docking at remote locations by using air bags.

This 10 m x 10 m jackup barge under RINA class with double moon pool and hydraulic lifting arrangements was built at Master Shipyard.

This is a 28m Pusher Tug. The hull of the tug was fabricated in 20 modules at Master Shipyard, Cochin and shipped to Port Sudan by sea. These modules were then transported to Kosti, Sudan by road (1300 Kms from Port Sudan). A yard was set up in the desert on the banks of White Nile River at Kosti and the modules were assembled.
