Response Checklist – COVID-19 Latest guidelines for confirmed or suspected COVID-19 responses/decon Two documents released with this special order for immediate use in the field and station are the Response Checklist – COVID-19 and the Disinfection and Station Cleaning Checklist – COVID-19. The Response Checklist – COVID-19 is based on the latest guidance on responding to confirmed or suspected COVID-19 patients. The checklist contains a version number and date at the top. This Special Order replaces guidance contained in the Special Order 20-003 series (20-003 through 20-003D) and in the Special Order 20-004 series (20-004 through 20-004A). Please note that as our understating of responding in this challenging environment changes, so too does the checklist. Updates to the checklist will be announced via supplemental special order. This is a living document; any recommendations for improvement should be submitted to the EMS Division. The Response Checklist – COVID-19 will be laminated and distributed to every apparatus.
