COVID-19 EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE RELIEF City of Phoenix residents will be eligible to apply and receive assistance for rent/mortgage, water bills, and electricity bills. CAN PAY: Utility bills (electric, gas, and City Services Bill), rent, or mortgage, for City of Phoenix households financially impacted by COVID-19. Eligible households may receive one-time assistance with utility, rent or mortgage obligations for charges incurred March 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020. Households must be City of Phoenix residents and financially impacted by the COVID19 national pandemic. A household may be assisted with a one-time assistance with utility, rent or mortgage obligations through December 30, 2020. Only charges incurred after March 1, 2020 are eligible for payment. City of Phoenix residents will be eligible to apply and receive assistance forrent/mortgage, water bills, and electricity bills.

CAN PAY:Utility bills (electric, gas, and City Services Bill), rent, or

mortgage, for City of Phoenix households financially

ASISTENCIA PARA ALIVIARLA EMERGENCIA DEL COVID-19Los residentes de la Ciudad de Phoenix serán elegibles para solicitar y recibir

asistencia para alquiler / hipoteca, facturas de agua y electricidad.

Los hogares deben ser residentesde la Ciudad de Phoenix y estarafectados financieramente por la

pandemia nacional COVID19.Un hogar puede recibir asistenciauna sola vez, con obligaciones de

servicios públicos, alquiler ohipoteca hasta el 30 de Diciembre

del 2020. Solo los cargosincurridos después del 1 de

Marzo del 2020 son elegiblespara el pago.

PUEDE PAGAR:Facturas de servicios públicos (electricidad, gas y factura de

servicios de la ciudad), alquiler o hipoteca, hogares de la

ciudad de Phoenix afectados financieramente por el

Covid-19. Los hogares elegibles pueden recibir asistencia una sola vez

con las obligaciones de servicios públicos, alquiler o

hipoteca por los cargos incurridos desde el 1 de Marzo

del 2020 hasta el 30 de Diciembre del 2020.

CANTIDADSUBVENCIONADA:

Facturas de servicios públicos(electricidad $300 y gas $300) $600,

Facturas de agua de la ciudad de Phoenix $300, Pagos de alquiler o

hipoteca $3,300-Los hogares o viviendas subsidiadas

deben tener una obligación de alquiler para calificar por la

asistencia de alquiler.El monto total del pago mencionado

anteriormente se realizará en nombre de cada hogar elegible

asistido según corresponda.
