The traditional way of load sheddingPower balance and frequency

§ when the power of the output power is greater than theload power consumption, frequency will increased

§ when the output power of the consumption of power isless than the load power, frequency will drop

The traditional way of load sheddingIssue

§ Depend on frequency load shedding, due to thefrequency from the voltage loop, in order toprevent the oscillation in the system or thesystem voltage dip device misoperation, requirelow frequency load shedding device must pass atime delay. Result in system frequencydeteriorating even further.

§ Due to system load constantly changes, can'tadvance the time to determine the lightening linenumber. More cutting load or less cutting load, which leads to the system, cause the secondaryfault.

§ effective lightening range 49.5 ~ 48 hz.Couldn'thave done fine load shedding.

cPMSCharacteristics

§ Quickness (within 10 ms) and accuracy, and finish the load shedding beforefrequency change

§ Based on accuracy, power balancecalculation,

§ 19 level effectively reducing load level,to do fine load shedding

E-house SolutionAssembly

Page 20: cPMS and GIS Smart Switchgear help Pre-installed type substation

E-house SolutionValue properties

Shorten the project cycle: In the factory to complete the installation of electrical equipment, wiring and testing, the overall transportation and hoisting

To reduce the input: the scene only need a small amount of civil engineering and cabling work

Single electrical interface: from design to delivery, with a single interface contact all electricalequipment suppliers

satisfy different working conditions: structural strength, heat insulation, ventilation andair conditioning system design

Avoid redundant construction: can the whole mobile, applicable to a migration requirementsof power supply and distribution system
