CRAFT CUSTOM BIKE COLLECTION HAS BEEN DEVELOPED

IN CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH PROFESSIONAL CYCLING

TEAMS RADIOSHACK NISSAN TREK (MEN) AND HITEC

PRODUCTS MISTRAL HOME (WOMEN).

It has been tested thoroughly in the front of the professional

peloton, in the 21 hairpin bends to Alpe d’Huez, and in rain

and snow on the cobbled streets between Paris and Roubaix.

Made of the same fabrics as our regular bike collection, the

Custom Bike collection provides excellent moisture transport,

ventilation and ergonomics.

ORDER PROCESS

• To begin your order, simply email [email protected]

or call 877-662-7238 x111 to speak to a Craft Custom

Sales Representative.

• Sizing samples are highly recommended to ensure a proper

fit. The sizing samples can be ordered by filing out a sample

request form and returning it to your Customer Service Rep.

Sizing samples must be returned within 14 days.

• The final order and a 50% deposit are due prior to receiving

artwork proofs. Once the order and deposit are confirmed,

CRAFT CUSTOM INTRODUCTION

you will receive digital proofs of every item you ordered

laid out on production templates for your final approval. Art

proofs usually take 1-2 days after the order and deposit is

received. Once the artwork is approved a printed digital

sample will be sent to you for a final approval. The printed

digital sample usually arrives in 5-7 days.

• To ensure a quick turnaround on artwork proofs, artwork

needs to be set up on Craft Custom templates in Illustrator

or another Vector based design program. The completed

artwork can be emailed to your Sales Representative in PDF,

AI, or EPS. See artwork guidelines for further instructions

and recommendations.

• Once the digital sample is approved, we will send your order

to production. At this time we will receive a delivery date from

the factory. Delivery time is usually about 6-8 weeks for most

of the year.

• The balance must be finalized 10 days prior to the delivery

date. If the order is not paid at this time it may delay the

delivery date. Once the balance is finalized, the order will

ship directly from the factory to ensure the quickest

possible delivery.

When we design a new collection we always start from the athletes and their

needs. If the collection will target casual cyclists, for instance, we must figure out

a way to meet and preferably exceed their demands on ergonomic clothing. By

answering questions like, how do they cycle, how do they sit on their bikes, at what

intensity do they train and how do they sweat, we map the ergonomics of this

specific group. By adding this knowledge to our expertise in technical fabrics and

technical design we are able to create optimal bike wear for this kind of cyclists. We

apply this way of working to all our sports categories and their Elite, Performance

and Active sublevels.

CUSTOM LINE TEMPLATES IN ILLUSTRATOR OR OTHER

What is vector artwork?

Your artwork should be created in a vector-based software

program, such as Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand,

and then saved to one of our supported formats (.eps, .cdr, .ai,

.fh). Vector art is made from a series of mathematical curves

and is the key for printing because vector-based images can

be scaled indefinitely without degrading. Your vector logo

will be printed with maximum precision even when resized. A

low-resolution raster graphic would blur excessively if it were

enlarged. Most logos are created as vector files. Logos taken

from websites, business card images or faxed logos are low

resolution and are not suitable for printing.

They will NOT work.

What if you can’t get your logos in vector format?

Please make sure the images are of high resolution: 300 dpi n

scale, 1:1 (.pdf, .jpg, .tif).

How do I see if my logos are vector?

Vector logos can be scaled indefinitely without degrading.

Non-vector artwork is identifiable if the file you have ends in

.JPEG, .GIF, .BMP.

What is the Pantone Matching System? (PMS)

The Pantone Matching System is the most known color

reproduction system and the industry standard. Pantone

colors are described by their allocated number. Examples:

PMS 161 green, Pantone 185 red or Pantone Yellow 012 C.

ELITE CHAMOIS

1st TECHNOLOGY

The different layers are melted with a natural flame

that passes between the layers, making them melt

just enough to attach and become a unique single

piece. This process makes it possible to attach

different densities to each other and thereby

achieve the breathability level of one piece.

2nd TECHNOLOGY

The second important technology is embodied by

the central internal foam, which is high-density

foam (100 kg) with two great characteristics: It

is a special foam with ”exploded bubbles” that give

support and allow a greater airflow than any other

open-cell polyurethane foam.

3rd TECHNOLOGY

The GEL Injection Anti-shock System is made up

of three separate gel injections that absorb any

shock caused by road vibrations. The gel is non-

toxic paraffinic oil injected with pores for optimal

respiration.

4th TECHNOLOGY

The Elite Chamois is available in three sizes with

different densities, which means that any rider will

find a pad that satisfies all his or her unique needs

and demands. The chamois is available in sizes

XS/S, M/L and XL/XXL.

DIFFERENT DENSITIES IN DIFFERENT SIZES

Craft’s advanced bike pads have been cut using the groundbreaking Lasercut

Tech®technology. The Lasercut Tech® procedure allows us to remove the

unnecessary volume of foam before the welding. We can then focus on the design

without having any uncomfortable hardness caused by the pressure of the foams. In

addition, it increases the ventilation by more than 100%. This is the only technology

that achieves these fantastic results.

ACTIVE CHAMOIS

The Active Chamois is designed to suit all kinds

of riders and to make every ride a comfortable

experience.

The Active Chamois is a seamless, laser cut,

antimicrobial and gender-specific pad made of

Oeko-Tex®-certified fabrics and foams of the

highest quality. The chamois provides the right

support for all body movements thanks to its well-

designed sitting area and 4-way stretch fabrics.

ELITE CYCLOCROSS CHAMOIS

The Elite Cyclocross Chamois features cross-

specific tailoring designed to enhance the range-

of-motion- dynamics unique to this demanding

discipline. The chamois is a 4-way stretch

compound that continually move with the body. it’s

a seamless, anatomically molded, anti-microbial

and gender-specific chamois made of Oeko-Tex®-

certified fabrics and foams of the hightest quality.

PERFORMANCE CHAMOIS

The Performance Chamois is a 3-layer, seamless,

anatomically molded, antimicrobial and gender-

specific chamois made of Oeko-Tex® fabrics and

foams of the highest quality.

FIRST LAYER

The first layer is made of a printed, top-quality,

4-way stretch fabric that shows exactly what

is underneath the chamois. It’s like a map of the

chamois technology.

SECOND LAYER

The second layer is made of super-supportive

lightweight foam. This special high-density layer

increases the support and the airflow at the same

time, thanks to the exploded bubble technology

of the foam.

THIRD LAYER

The third layer is 3 mm thick and perforated

with 2 mm holes for enhanced airflow. The EVA

foam is covered with a 4-way stretch fabric that

decreases friction and protects the Anti-shock

System during use and washing.

ARTWORK

• Artwork must be set up on Craft Custom Templates in

Adobe Illustrator or another vector based design program.

PAYMENTS

• Payments are scheduled to be paid as follows.

A 50% deposit is due at the time the order and artwork is

submitted. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days

prior to the delivery date.

Request Samples: This is to ensure correct fit.

Order and Deposit: An order and 50% deposit must be

placed and paid prior to artwork proofs.

Artwork: Artwork must be completed and sent to your

Craft Custom Representative. Once the Order, Deposit,

and Artwork are received you will receive digital art proofs

for approval. After the digital art proofs are approved via

email, a printed sample will be sent for final approval.

Production: Once the final sample is approved, the order

will be sent to production. At this time we will have an order

confirmation as well as an expected ship date. Production

time is typically 6-8 weeks.

Balance: The balance must be paid 10 days prior to

the ship date.

Shipping: Your order will be shipped directly from our

factory to you. Please make sure you inform your Craft

Custom Representative if you have any address changes

or special requests.
