Dear Ms. Gobert:

By letter dated September 16, 2016, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement approved Crimson Gulf, LLC's (Crimson) application to modify pipeline Segment 19534 by installing an isolation valve and idling 1.97 miles ofthe pipeline. The idle portion was renamed Segment 19709.

The modifications to Segment 19534 were completed on November 10, 2017. The following completion data is enclosed in triplicate:

1. As-built pipeline plats (Sheets 1 through 4 of 4) 2. Isolation valve assembly drawing 3. Annulus test records 4. Annulus test equipment certifications 5. Subsea fittings data
