K—2 W.H.S PERFORMANCE

Crystal Creek students from K-2 were invited

to Wollumbin High School along with other

small schools to enjoy a performance

presented by high school students. The

performance involved life lessons such as

road safety rules and eating healthy. Students

then participated in small group drama

activities with the performers to present to the

whole group. Our students had a wonderful

time!

KIND DONATION

Thank you Aiden Quick for donating corn plants for the vegetable garden. We really appreciate you generosity.

P&C SCHOOL “70’s DISCO”

Last Term on Wednesday 26th September our P&C School Disco was held in the hall.

The children had a sausage sizzle, snow cone, snacks, Lucky Dips, glow sticks available and a DJ. The students had so much fun!

The SRC were able to raise $207 towards the ball wall, and the P&C made approximately $370.

Thankyou to teachers for giving up your time to supervise the students and the parents that helped organise and run the event.

The children really appreciate your hard work.

KINDY ORIENTATION DAY 2019

Crystal Creek welcomed our 2019 Kindergartens for their first orientation day on Wednesday 26

th September. The Kinders

enjoyed participating in a selection of activities that helped settle them into the classroom. They were introduced to their Year 5 buddy and were taken on a tour around the school. After enjoying fruit break while listening to an interactive story the Kinders joined their buddies and completed an art and craft activity. We all had a great first day. Looking forward to having our Kindergartens back for two more exciting orientation days!

INTENSIVE SWIMMING SCHEME

On Monday 15th October the students received information regarding the 5 day swimming programme from 5th November to the 9th November.

Cost is $50.00 per student. If you have a pool pass it will be $30.00. Notes and money are to be returned to the office by 29th October.

Thank you to Matthew Chesher (Bear) for building our Ball wall . The students have been enjoying it all ready this term. Thank you to our SRC for funding this project. Your hard work has paid off for everyone to enjoy. Thank you to the parents that helped the SRC reach their goal.

On the last day of Term 3 Eggs and Fresh Produce from our garden were sold to our parents.

We raised $70.70 thank you to Kym Stanhope for your continuous effort in helping our students in the garden.
