• City Code requires a resolution authorizing consumption of alcoholic liquor on public streets

• Proposed TED includes • A portion of the 100 block of S. Greenwood from the north curb

line of English St., extending north for approximately 87 feet to a point even with the north property line of Central Standard Brewing

• Staff has reviewed the application for the Community Event with the consumption of alcoholic liquor allowed and finds that criteria has been met
