FITNESS ASSESSMENTS On-Site Fitness Assessments are designed to encourage employees to
take an active role in monitoring their health. Include Health History & Exercise Readiness Questionnaires, Height/Weight/Body Composition measurements, target heart rate evaluation, and other testing to determine starting activity level for your employee population.
BOOTCAMP
Strength + Cardio Bootcamp is a moderate to fast-paced strength and cardiovascular class with a focus on team-building exercises. Designed for all fitness levels. 60 minutes
WALK IT OFF Weekly walking group offers a gradually progressive program that
includes moderate to fast-paced walks designed to burn calories and shed body fat while boosting employee moral. 60 minutes
LUNCHTIME LOW-IMPACT FITNESS
Low to moderate-paced strength and cardiovascular bootcamp style class for all fitness levels focusing on improving Core, Posture, Flexibility, and Cardio/Strength. Lunchtime Fitness will push the participants, but still allow those to return to work with a renewed energy and strength. 60 minutes
STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY A balanced approach to health and well-being. This class will promote good
posture, relieve stress and improve physical appearance. 45 minutes ZUMBA
The Latin inspired, dance-fitness class is easy to follow and the movements will help strengthen the core, arms, legs, and heart. Zumba will pump up the calorie burn, energize the system and inspire activity with heart pumping exciting music. 60 minutes
Fitness Programming
YOGA Our Yoga classes can be relaxation focused, intermediate, or a
mix of Yoga and Core work for a stronger mid-section and lower back. Requires participant to bring yoga mat. 60 minutes
KICKBOXING A sports inspired cardio workout. High energy and great music
give this class amazing energy. 60 minutes
