The two Museums have produced digital contents using the same structures:
- Tour d’Horizon, a collections’ presentation- Themes for Topics Map (Musei Capitolini: 4 themes – Museo degli Argenti: 3 themes)
Each of them include 3 different fragments:- Thematic Text- Object Description- Object Image
All digital contents has been provided in Italian and in English language (full version).

Tour d’Horizon: 10 objects representing the various types collected inthe Museum
Jewels: 13 objects (jewels and treasures) belonged to the collection that the last Medici, Anna
Maria Luisa, Electrees Palatine(1667 -1743), left to Florence in her
will.
Themes: Decorative vessels: 10 objects. The Museum housesprecious and rich variety of vases and goblets of
different provenance.
Portraits: 11 objects portraying the Medici’s. The Silverworks Museum’s fortune is intrinsically bound to the history of this family, the works commissioned by them and their passion for collecting.

Functional Tests
Functional tests are based on use cases. The goals of these tests are to verify: Proper data acceptance, processing, retrieval, navigation etc.. Goals are not to define additional requirements(=> usability tests, task-oriented)
All partners need to test all use cases and all exceptions (invalid data input, left out mandatory fields etc.)! Assignment of test cases

Usability Tests
Goal: Assure the usability of the system: - ease of learning - efficienttask completion - minimal error rate -high user satisfaction.
Results: detailed catalogue of recommendations to enhance the user interface (colours, fonts, lay-out etc.), the navigational structure, workflows within functionalities, wording etc.

Heuristic Tests on RN Portal HT has been tested on http://garonne.toulouse.valtech.fr:8082/jetspeed/portal by three CC experts according to the selected questionnaire personalised in Sofia

Content Tests
Goal: Assure that the “content” is“well-prepared” and that it meets the quality expectations (each content partner).
Content Integrity Check: Ensure that the data is entered (converted / uploaded) and presented correctly.Test of own databases/applications
Content Quality Check: Check of content in the system compared to quality criteria. E. g. content readable and correct, picture size, copyright ...

Usability Tests
Goal: Get an impression if it is possible to work with the system, where problems occur, etc.
Results: detailed catalogue of recommendations to enhance the user interface (colours, fonts, lay-out etc.), the navigational structure, workflows within functionalities, wording etc.
Auction and E-Shop RN Portal’s tools has been tested on three different questionnaires by four “internal” test persons in CC’s organisation, as potential future users.
