We were asked to make some donuts to go on some cupcakes for a police officer..... cliché I know!! We thought they were and pretty cute though and have put together a quick tutorial on making them. Enjoy!

• Roll a smooth ball using the ivory gumpaste.

• Flatten slightly. • Use the blunt end of a

paintbrush to poke a hole in each ball.

• Knead and roll out some pink gumpaste to approx 2-3mm thick.

• Cut out a 5 petal flower using a small blossom cutter, same size as the donut ball.

• Stretch the flower slightly.

• Flip the flower over and brush with a thin layer of glue.

• Glue the flower to the donut and use the blunt end of the paintbrush to poke through the middle.

• Brush a thin layer of glue on the pink icing and straight away sprinkle yellow sprinkles on top.
