Bow Shape

• Type A and B, to mitigate the edge thickness effect or to have better straightness in the final assembly.• Bow shape in type B is due to the coil bow tendency direction = stamping direction

Plan

• The vendor is stamping the rest of the laminations (~5000)• Deliver by 05/31.• QC and surface cleaning to remove the oil• Stacking 5 sections, each with more than 1000 laminations• Welding • Final assembly and gently polishing in inner surface• Curing press test• Ready to use by August.
