Auditing files and finding exception in all document like HUD1, 1008, Appraisal, Note and Mortgage Deed and re-submit the file within the TAT.

Complete signed closing documents imaging process and send packages to vendor for review.

Ensure all assigned closing packages meet compliance, completeness and accuracy requirements of all executed and supporting documentation for Lender.

• Job Profile: Mortgage Operations (Redemptions) for LBG (Lloyds Banking Group) and HBOS (Halifax Bank of Scotland).

To prepare and send Redemption Statements for account closure though post or fax. To manually close and redeem the account as per customer request. To reconcile the mortgage account on closure, investigate the account if necessary, perform

security checks on accounts and further release property deeds. Make refunds, transfer between sub-accounts, make write-offs, charge interest and apply

redemption funds in manual closure. To authorize refunds, calculate and charge MAF (Mortgage Administration fee), MEAF

(Mortgage Exit Administration Fee), perform Interest only calculations, etc. To re-open accounts redeemed in error. Follow up with customers on issues and chase account closure queries and request. Worked on systems like UFSS (Unisys Financial Services System), AWD (Automated Work

Distribution), UK Land Registry, CPS (Common Processing System), Citrix Logon, etc.
