Using a variety of materials and excellent craftsmanship, Rolex Plastics custom manufactures a wide range of menu covers and related menu items. From a simple clear stitched menu cover, to plush leather-like covers and holders, we can provide you with menu covers you will be proud to present to your customers. We can deboss, foil stamp, or silkscreen your logo on the front or back cover. And being a complete print shop, Rolex Plastics’ print shop division can also print your menu sheets on any paper of your choice.

�e Single style comes with your choice of one of our many cover materials, wrapped around a rigid 100% recycled board. It holds a single reading page.

�is folding two-page cover is a variation of the Single cover featuring two full panels, holding two reading pages.

�e Triple contains a center page allowing for four reading pages. As with all of our menus, it features interior panels with corners covered in superior black linen cloth.

�e popular Trifold menu holds three reading pages and folds to the size of a single panel.

�e Gatefold cover features two half panels in the center and two half panels outside of these (A), or a full panel in the middle with two half panels on the outside (B).

�e Malibu format is extremely popular due to its versatility, allowing a multi-page menu cover with sheets that are easily removable.

Here are our standard menu insert panel dimensions and corner styles. Please note that we can custom make your menu to any size.

�e Wine Menu contains a removable single panel, allowing for multiple reading sheet inserts, which slide out from beneath clear sleeves. Robertson corners may also be added to the left-side panel to accommodate an extra sheet.
