Log in to the customer portal using your user name and password. 1

WPS Health Insurance and Arise Health Plan make it easy and convenient for you to check on claims, view and request ID cards, send and receive secure messages, view your benefits, and more. You can find these, and other helpful online resources, on the WPS website at wpshealth.com and on the Arise website at arisehealthplan.com, and in your secure online customer account.

You can view account management tools by clicking on the arrow next to your name. 4

When logging on to the website, the first page you will be taken to is the Dashboard. From the Dashboard, you can check your account balances, see a high-level overview of your claims, and view notifications.

Additionally, you can view your ID cards by clicking on the ID card symbol on the tool bar. 2

If you have any messages in your Secure Message center, you can click on the envelope to view them. 3

On the following page you will be able to see details of your coverage and you can view your Summary of Benefits Coverages under Health SBC.

1 To view your benefits, begin by clicking the arrow next to My Benefits and select the benefit you wish to view.

Claims Summary and Details

At the bottom of Claim Details, under View EOB, you can view the Explanation of Benefits for that claim.

To view your claims, begin by clicking the My Claims link under Quick Links. 1

You will be taken to your Claims Summary, where you can search and filter your claims. 2

By clicking on the Claim Number, you will be taken to a Claim Details page where you can view details of how the claim paid.

Manage Payments

If you make monthly payments to WPS, you have the option to submit payments through the Customer Portal. From the Manage Payments drop-down menu, you can view your bills or make a payment. (Note: If you do not make monthly payments, these options will not be available.)

The View My Bills link allows you to see all recent bills. If you pay by credit card or automatic cash handling (ACH) a bill is not created.

Clicking Make a Payment allows you to conveniently and securely pay your bills online. 3

Secure Messages

To view your messages, select Secure Messages under the Customer Self Services drop-down menu.

On the Secure Messages page, you will be able to see all messages you have sent or received. 2

To send a message click Compose New Message. You have the option to Upload any supporting documentation from this page as well.
