May 2011 Located and recovered the US$80K Martin Brothers Chopper of Hollywood Screen Writer - Skip Woods in Cagayan De Oro, Mindanao after it was stolen at his condominium parking garage on January 2010 in Houston, Texas. The operation also exposed the Houston-Mindanao stolen vehicle and gun running smuggling ring based in that province. The operation resulted in the international law enforcement cooperation between the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation and Philippine National Police with the US Federal Bureau of Investigation and Houston Police Department.

Nov. 2010 Won 4th place overall as part of the Philippine NAMSSA Enduro Team which competed in the FIM Thailand Enduro Championships in Saraburi Province.

Dec. 2006 Assisted the PNP Central Police District Office and ABS-CBN Broadcasting Network locate and arrest the suspected killers of ABS-CBN producer Joselito Siervo, who was murdered at his home on November 3, 2006 in Quezon City.

Feb. 2006 Letter of Appreciation from the International Investigations Branch of the US Marshals Service Washington D.C. for assisting and coordinating the successful apprehension of Jeremy Dean Dunlap, a child rape offender, who is wanted by the Superior Court of Klickitat County, State of Washington since November 2002.

Feb. 2006 Coordinated and assisted in the location, apprehension and deportation of Federal Fugitive Raymund Dominguez for the US Marshals Service District of Guam. Dominguez has an outstanding Warrant of Arrest for sodomizing two 9 year old children in the U.S.

Sep. 2005 Coordinated and assisted in the location, apprehension and deportation of Federal Fugitive Jeremy Dunlap for the US Marshals Service District of Guam. Dunlap has an outstanding Warrant of Arrest for the rape of a child in the U.S.

Jun. 2005 Assisted the US Marshals Service and Pinckneyville, Illinois Law Enforcement through Orion Support Incorporated (OSI) Company, by providing vital information which led to the arrest of Arlen Hill and the rescue of his daughter Taylor Ann Hill in Aukland, New Zealand. Hill has been a target of a three-year manhunt by authorities for the kidnap of his own daughter from his wife Julie Coleman.

Jul. 2004 Certificate of Appreciation from the Beverly Hills Police Department for assisting in the location and interviewing of a witness in a double murder case in 1988.

Nov. 2003 As former Criminal Investigator of the US Drug Enforcement Administration, worked in conjunction with the Taiwan Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB), which resulted in the seizure of the Antipolo Clandestine Methamphetamine Laboratory, one of the largest operational lab to date and follow up operations which subsequently led to the seizure of the Pasig warehouse where precursor chemicals were recovered and the residence at #193 Scout Chuatoco in Quezon City were additional crystal methamphetamine was also seized.

Dec. 2002 Assisted the Regional Affairs of the US Embassy in an investigation which led to the successful seizure of three (3) Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) smuggled in to the Manila Harbor from Zamboanga province via the Aboitiz Super Ferry vessel by a faction of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

Feb. 2002 Assisted the NAKTAF (Superintendent Wilkins Villanueva, Intelligence Chief for Mindanao) in successfully locating the safehouse of Faizal Marahomsar, of the Pentagon Kidnap-For-Ransom Group, in Manila, which subsequently led to his initial arrest.

Jan. 2002 As Criminal Investigator of the US Drug Enforcement Administration, became instrumental in the seizure of 350 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine and the arrest of Henry Tan.

Oct. 2001 As Criminal Investigator of the US Drug Enforcement Administration, became instrumental in the seizure of 503 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine and the arrest of Mayor Ronnie Mitra of Quezon province.

Aug. 2001 Assisted the Bureau of Immigration (Senior Inspector Winnie Quidato) in successfully locating Vietnamese national Vu Van Doc (Vun Doc Vo), mastermind of the bomb attack

of the Vietnamese Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand in June 2001, which resulted to his arrest.

Born on December 11, 1964. Fluent in English and Filipino. Hobbies and interests include motocross, trail riding, orienteering, shooting, mountaineering, spelunking, scuba diving, skydiving and archery. Have been actively training rescue/police personnel and outdoor enthusiasts in the use of rappel equipment and engages occasionally as a consultant for selected personnel from the military, police and civilian communities on the purchase of security, counter-terrorist and high angle rescue equipment. Also provides assistance to the various law enforcement agencies in the training of its personnel on the latest police intervention techniques and street survival tactics. On occasions, provide services in executive protection to expats and local businessmen. In addition, have been assisting the United States Marshals Service (USMS) since 1998 in the location, recovery and summary deportation of US federal fugitives in

the Philippines.
