E World is a European style theme park encompassing the 202-meter-high 83 Tower and various rides and amusement facilities. In Duryu Park, one can visit the Daegu Culture & Arts Center, Outdoor Music Hall, etc.

Boasting its plenty volume of water throughout the year, Suseongmot Lake area serves as a resort place where tourists can enjoy music fountains, benches, trees, trails, and an amusement park. It is a good place for outings with a meal at the nearby Deurangil Food Town.

One of the largest markets during the Joseon period, Seomun Market is home to over 5,000 shops that carry practically anything shoppers need, not to mention textiles. The night market, the largest of its kind in Korea, is a great place for finding unique handmade crafts and enjoying delicious food and cultural events.

A great site for communications and cultural activity, the Samsung Creative Campus consists of four zones, including the Venture Startup Zone, Culture and Venture Zone, Life Convenience Zone, and Samsung Zone. The only venue purposed exclusively for opera performances, the Opera House features operas that have enjoyed both commercial and critical success, contributing to establishing Daegu as an “opera city.”
