In the AutoRotor PerFormer Plus every cow gets its turn: An attractive solution is the optional retention arm. Should a cow reject the milking cluster, if it be-comes restless or is not fully milked, the retention arm leads the cow without stopping into the 2nd round. These cows can now be more easily inspected and can be automatically selected if desired. In this way you make maximum use of the capacity of the rotary parlor and help protecting the health of your herd. The continuous non-stop speed of the rotary platform

reduces the labour costs by shortening the absolute milking times by a higher throughput of milked cows per hour. Additionally in small herds there is no longer a need for the time-consuming pre-sorting into mil-king groups. As an alternative to the retention arm the tried and tested SpeedControl reduces the speed until the cow has been fully milked. Choose the solution which meets your requirements best: either with or without retention arm.

The AutoRotor PerFormer Plus supports you in your daily milking routine. Select the attachment arm which suits you: PosiGuide for efficient milking, PosiForm for the noticeable extra milking comfort and hygiene in a customised attachment area.

The height-adjustable positioning with both its armsensures that the milking cluster fits perfectly withoutany disturbing lever forces. Additionally, an integrated roller rope guide ensures a reliable and gentle rope use.

PosiGuide: automatic take-off

Efficient milking with PosiGuide:the guide arm for quick attachmentwith less manoeuvring. Combinedwith EasyStart the pulsation startsautomatically on swinging in.

Greater comfort and hygiene with PosiForm: the positioning arm raises the milking cluster to an ergonomic working height. EasyStart starts the pulsation and vacuum supply during the attachment procedure. After the take-off PosiForm lowers the milking cluster and guides it cleanly under the deck.

Support on every stepThe AutoRotor PerFormer Plus together with the DairyManagement-System 21 keeps staff continuously informed about what is going on: The DPView software and the milk controller unit displays present detailed data on every milking cow. Entries can be made directly via a touchscreen monitor on the milking stall or on the function columns.

DPView Premium (optional) – cockpit for AutoRotor visualizes information for control, analysis and monitoring of the milking process.

The optional feed supply system is a taster for the cows: While they aretaking up the lure or power feed thecows can be milked completely relaxed. The liftable feed trough gives access to the inside of the carousel - for improved service.
