Your first lesson/class may not suit: maybe too fast, too easy, or wrong style: check out the alternatives. Individual lessons are for one on one correction: for the most accurate, and fastest improvement.

Ø To realize your goals you have to make make a plan with your trainer and follow through. Check which program suits you? And go for it.

Ø Certificates and medals of achievement are awarded for participation. Useful for resume’s and proof of participation in Community Events.
