Business Plan

Internal Audit

• Strengths: good team chemistry; many of the co-workers in the class know each other well and many of them are friends with each other. They also work with each other very well because of this.

• Good leadership: there is good leadership throughout our business. Almost every one of the employees are very vocal and are not afraid to call someone out for being lazy. This will make sure everyone is on top of their work.

• Weaknesses: not enough communication between co-workers. The business might struggle in the financial aspect because our loan amount is $11,000,000. This will take 84 months to pay off. This means we need people to buy tickets and attend events

External Audit• Opportunities: the business has a good location and weather.

Population is thriving in Lake Placid, Florida which benefits us greatly.

• Threats: We have many competitors. Our competition comes from Tropicana Field (Tampa Bay Devil Rays), Dolphin Stadium (Miami Hurricanes, Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins), and the Walt Disney Resort. The competition from these other fields and arenas could affect our ticket sales because people are going to spend their money at other stadiums. Also on a national level our competition includes the Dallas Cowboys Stadium (Dallas Cowboys), the Super Dome (New Orleans Saints), and the American Airlines Arena (Miami Heat) because they are facilities that have a dome as well.

Business Plan- Melissa Temple
