Enterprise Integration – Bulk User Provisioning
In order to automate the user provisioning process, you can deploy tooling (based on IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator) to help you:
Connect to a supported enterprise directory (Domino®Directory or other Domino Application, Microsoft®Active Directory™, or Standard Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) v3).
Transform user information into the required format.
Transfer information to the IBM SmartCloud for user provisioning.
Additionally, the TDI tooling tracks changes to the enterprise directory, and sends only updates to he IBM SmartCloud following the initial load.

Batch processing – Integration Server
Customer generates a file with the user identity and associated actions
Updates are processed and maintained by the Integration Server
Integration server submits operations to SmartCloud for Social Business services
