Tour objective / Objetivo del TourWe will take a gastronomic tour, full of history and flavors in the most important gourmet market since Prehispanic times. We will taste an aromatic coffee, we will let us be surprised by the flavors of edible flowers, we will say cheers with a mezcal accompanied of the traditional grasshoppers, we will try exotic meats and seasonal insects and we will also try different cheeses and deli meats from different countries.

Daremos un recorrido gastronómico lleno de historia y sabores en el mercado gourmet más importante desde la época prehispánica. Saborearemos un aromático café, nos dejaremos sorprender con los sabores de las flores comestibles, brindaremos con un mezcal acompañado de los tradicionales chapulines, probaremos carnes exóticas e insectos de temporada y degustaremos distintos quesos y embutidos de diferentes países.
