Over 10 years of international experience and 20 year’s vertical experience

In 2014 I decided to take on the challenge of directly funding and undertaking an Executive MBA at ESSEC BUSINESS SCHOOL in Singapore. ESSEC Business School was listed as number 12 in the 2015 Financial Times Worldwide Rankings.

This MBA has a specific focus on doing business across Asian markets and included residential trips to Shanghai (Fudan University) and Boston (Babson College for Entrepreneurs). I successfully completed my MBA, graduating with the honour of being given the “Highly Commended” award, in February 2016.

The MBA helped further my interest in the emergence and application of big data, IoT and analytics, and also the use of software, to both disrupt existing business models and indeed find new business models and channels to market to drive new margin streams. I am passionate about the opportunities that this digital disruption will bring to all industries.

In 2016, and introduced via MBA colleagues, I also started providing mentoring to students on their business plans and entrepreneurship projects at the Entrepreneurship Centre - Singapore University of Technology and Design. This has proved to be an enormously rewarding way of giving something back to the wider Singaporean community.
