Automatic Transmit Power Control
The automatic transmit power control (ATPC) function
enables the output power of the transmitter to
automatically trace the level fluctuation at the receive end.
This reduces the interference with neighboring systems
and residual BER.

Easy Maintenance
The equipment has fixed configuration, which •
facilitates maintenance operations.
The IDU 605 adopts the air convection system and •
thus, does not require a fan system. Therefore, you
do not need to maintain the fans. This saves time
and reduces the noise.
The IDU 605 is embedded with a test system. You •
can perform the pseudo-random binary sequence
(PRBS) BER test of an E1 port when no special test
tools are available.
The IDU 605 supports remote loading of the software •
and data of an NE by using the NMS.
The IDU 605 supports the monitoring of important •
radio transmission performance indexes, such as
the microwave transmit power and received signal
strength indicator (RSSI).
